This guy is a renter's worst nightmare. I've had bad landlords, heard some horror stories, but nothing as bad as Kevin. He is completely untruthful about the properties he rents, does not fullfil his conditions until forced to do so, and actually tried to get us to pay for non-existent bills. He is immature and uneducated which makes him ever harder to deal with him. Total disgrace to Kelowna.
I have rented from Kevin for many years and he has been great. Some requests I've made he hasn't come threw on but I don't believe it is his decision, I'm pretty sure it is up to his client, the owner of the condo. Last December I was short on rent and Kevin helped me out of his own pocket, and I didn't have to pay him back till the new year. Seems like you rented from Kevin, and you didn't live up to your end of the rental agreement, and he must have served you with an eviction which I can only assume would have come from his client!

Kevin Cheale is absolutely a low life and nothing is beneath him. He lies and when backed into a corner uses threats to get his way. He has no care for rules and seems to find amusement in screwing people over. If you look him up on CSO he has been sued many times and even filed bankrupcy this year. He is rude mean and plays very dirty. How this scum is still employed I will never understand but I know I wish I had read the many complaints about him before I dealt with him. He lives up to every bad thing said about him. Pllease do not deal with this firsst class slime ball. He will make your life miserable and he enjoys every minute of it

Then he had to switch from different property management companies within Kelowna because he is simply impossible to work with. His disgraceful reputation in Kelowna will probably force Kevin, Kristina and the kids to eventually leave Kelowna as well, thankfully.
We rented a brand new place from kevin Cheale and he jammed garbage into the heating vents to make our life miserable and charge the owners for fake maintence repairs,pretty sure he had cameras on the property as he seemed to know when ever we had visitors on the property,what everyone had said is true he is manipulative,aggressive and very mentally unstable do not ever do business with this psychopath!also evicted for no reason after our one year lease is up pretty sure he makes a living off of kicking people onto the streets for no reason and keeping/stealing damage deposits..also feel bad for his wife being married to a scary narcissistic man like him with the way he treats his tenants can you imagine how his poor wife and children are treated:( scary person avoid at all costs!

I personally had dealings with him managing my property, he threatened my tenants unknowingly to me where the police had to investigate.

Immature and extremely unprofessional
Kevin Cheale has to be the absolutely most unprofessional person I have met in any business dealings.
He is vulgar, lies, and threatens clients.
He has now began to post online reviews of himself to try and mask the negative results posted from real/ previous clients.
I STRONGLY recommend any other home owners or renters for that matter to avoid doing any kind of business with Kevin on any grounds.
