I made a purchase of 164 kigurumis/costumes for my store from john woo at kigu kawaii.
Kigu kawaii sells kigurumis and other japanese clothing and stockings.
Kigu Kawaii is part of the JWE group. They assure you their product is very high quality. in reality, it is absolutely terrible and unacceptable.
My order was promised in 20-25 days
And took 45 days to arrive intead.
Even after all this waiting, only 80 of them ever arrived (I paid upfront, lesson learned)
When I asked the people at kigu Kawii about the orders that did not arrive they just ignore my emails completely

Those costumes that they did send: the stitching rips and tears after one or two wears, they were stiched so badly they had holes and 20% of them had stains on them straight out of the package.Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I spent a lot of money and trusted that their product was as described. At first their customer service was good. Until they have your money
But they are such bad quality I would never think of reselling them to my costumers, not even at a discount.
The costumes that they sent me weren't even in the polar fleece material they show in their videos and photos on their website. This rip off is blatant.
They assured me in emails that their product is made of polar fleece. Every single item they sent me was made from cheaper coral fleece...hence why the tears and holes. I am very very upset. They cost me months of time and emailing and thousands of dollars wasted on their product. Kigu Kawaii is a complete rip off. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Once they have your money, all the customer service they were courting you initially with STOPS.
They rely on a legitimate looking website http://www.kigukawaii.com and fake reviews to continue their business selling cheap kigurumis/costumes and ripping people off.It is mearly a smoke screen. They use fake photos, the product they are selling looks NOTHING like what they sent me.
Be aware, they may simply change their name slightly or their web address. Save your money, do not buy from them.
