This Company is a scam and only takes action when you threaten legal actions. I ordered a go kart on 4/2/15 and on 4/18/15 I had heard nothing from this company. It had not shipped, the lady I talked to could not tell me the status of my order and would have to have someone call me back. They never called. On 4/20/15 I contacted my attorney for fear that the $1,847 I spent was gone. He contacted the Company and what a surprise... The item shipped that night! I still had not been notified by the company that it shipped, I found out when the carrier contacted me!! Two days later on 4/22/15, I get an email saying it shipped.

NO KIDDING.... 2 DAYS AGO! I truly feel that had an attorney not called, they would not have sent me anything. The ads and website that they have promoting superior customer service and fast shipping are LIES! I wish I had researched this company more before I ordered. I was sucked in by the fancy web site. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This company is garbage. Look around, search the reviews and the Better Business Beureau site. They are piling up the complaints. I have not recieved the item yet so no idea what condition it is in. But the service and battle just to get it was so aweful, that if it is tore up, I will just get it fixed locally. Please do not buy anything from these clowns

I had purchased a Taurus 400 UTV from them. Everything seemed fine very friendly online and by phone. It took 3 weeks longer to receive merchandise than they had promised and keep getting run around when called to ask. It did finally arrive and the vehicle was as promised just the wrong color. They had no explaination but color wasn't important. Assembly went well with one problem - the "Parking or Hand Brake Light" wasn't working. I called to ask the service department, the technical department and customer service to ask for help on getting the light to work. This lasted for over two months with no reply but assurances from customer service that someone would call. I ended up taking it to a local shop and it was just a matter of adding an electrical connection that was missing at a cost of $125. I sent a letter to Killermotor sports advising them of what I had found and the cost locally. Theyt did not reply so had it fixed. Thee local guy said it was an easy fix. My problem and concern for others is that if they won't follow up on a simple issue then they probably won't follow up on any major problem. Buyer beware.

I purchased a TaoTao 125 D-R Plus Utility Kids ATV for my kids christmas present on 11/11/14. I was told it was minor assembly taking up to 30 mins.

When I got the ATV and started to assemble it, it was about impossible to do it not being a michanic. The ATV still doesn't work after several attemts to contact them for help, and never getting a call back just one email that said they would send me new battery. Which i explained was not the problem. They kept me trying to fix it and said it would work and the things that were wrong were an easy fix. Today ... the day after christmas it still doesn't work and i was unable to give it to my kids for a present. They got nothing. I payed $800 for a non working atv and they will not take it back and send a new one. They say they are bbb approved but are not a part of it. They kept me woking on the ATV so long the buysafe warranty expired.

Do not buy from this company. They said all the wheelers they sent out had the same tech problems and would send parts, Why would they sell and deliever non working wheelers. They want your money and don't care about their product

I purchased a Metro 110cc motorcycle from Killer Motorsports on or about 8-10-14. It was delivered 8-22-14 in a boxed up crate made of metal.

Due to the way it was secured to the crate (front forks with front axel bolt) the forks are askew or bent. Also the gearbox shifter jams. I tried to adjust the clutch many times w/o any help.

Killer motorsports has been notified several times. It is now 10-11-2014 and no solution. They last told me to call the distributor that they had been in contact with. I called and the distributor has no warranty claim filed.

I have repoted Killer motorsports to the BBB in Tx. and it seems as if Brandi knows exactly what to tell them because it was a tail chase and a bunch of lies.

I have reported this as scam/fraud to my credit card company.
