They use threats of lawsuits, license suspension, wage garnishment, etc. to scare people into settling with them. They prey on those who, at one time or another, ran a little short on cash, knowing these people are unlikely attorneys or government officials. They represent NOBODY and can do you no harm! If you have the capabilities, just block them on your phone. If they get under your skin enough, file a complaint with the NV Attorney General.
