Posing to be a kitchen cabinet installer, Hiram wrote a contract to install cabinets, agreed to a date, asked for and accepted a 50% deposit for $3272 dollars to install cabinets, and never installed the cabinets. Hiram and his partner Sila Estevez did not return calls, and once you actually connect make many false promises. At the end they agreed to not honor contract and refund money, they never did and just stalled further. KCB4Less advertises withno business information or address. On my contract the business address stated was not valid; the landlord claimed that they had moved out 6 months ago, but continue to use the address.. After about a month of trying to reach them, I came to the conclusion that Hiram Mazaira and Sila Estevez are scheming to fraud people. After reading the ripoff report on the eyegalss factory, I realized Hiram is a professional at this and moved to Florida to continue his fraudulant practices.
· In summary I contracted with Kitchen Cabinets & Bath for Less Inc. (KCB) for kitchen and bathroom cabinets, installation and granite. This contractor accepted my deposit, did not deliver the services and after many requests to refund my deposit of $3272.50, has not refunded the deposit.
This representative / owner are Hiram Sanabia , aka Hiram Mazaira and Sila Estevez. Hiram has been reported previously on ripoff report.com; I wish I had found this out before. He is very good at this based on prior experience.
They run many ads on several CraigsList sites in South Florida ( Sarasota, Orlando, Miami, Fort Myers). Their ads post no business name nor a business address.

ALsoupon further research I find out the business address on contract is not valid, Hiram and Sila , KCB4Less had moved out 6 months prior, yet continue to use this address. After researching his name further I find out Hiram Sanabia also goes by Hiram Mazaira;As I research on the inetrnet, I find your site and Hiram Mazaria's prior unethical activities.
The same exact thing line for line which is described above happened to me, except for the refund situation because I cannot get in contact with Hiram. He is currently still posting online with CL.
My girlfriend and I️ have also been scammed by Hiran (aka Henry)Mazaira.His current business name is “kc4less” or “The Cabinet Liquidators”. He has also done business under the names MAC Remodeling, MAK Renovations, The Eyeglass Factory....... Once the law is closing in on him he changes names, moves to a new state , and starts again. He took our money approximately $6000.00 for granite for our new kitchen and never delivered it. He keeps telling us that it will be delivered tomorrow, in a few days, next week ......... we wait and it never comes. He stops answering our calls until I️ threaten contacting his parole officer. Yes parole officer. He has been arrested multiple times for his scams. He is CURRENTLY on probation for 5 years for fraud. There is over 4 years left on his probation. He has also scammed people in Massachusetts with the “Eyeglass Factory”. He now has a new scam with kitchen remodeling. I️ won’t waste time posting my entire encounter with him as if you are reading this and other stories on the internet about him mine is no different. He takes your money and never delivers on what he promises and continues to try and stall you. If you have been scammed by this person please contact me as I️ am contacting his probation officer and the Miami District Attorney to file a complaint and to inform them that he is back to his old ways. If you have been scammed by Henry Mazaira please contact me as the more people the DA and his parole officer are aware the more likely he will be returned to prison where he belongs so he can’t continue to victimize more innocent people.
Ironic that his real name is “Hiran” as it sounds like “he ran” off with your money just like “Bernie Madoff” sounds like “made off” with your money. Hmmmmmmmm.
