Kittensforadoption.com Reviews

I should of done my homework on this transaction as well as seen the signs. As stated from other reports in this forum the same occurred in just about the same manner.

I replied to an ad on kittensforadoption.us for a Savannah kitten and recieved a reply back from an individual under the email address Miabraydon64 0r [email protected] (not sure exactly since it was removed from emails after the scam took place) as to be the individual adopting out the kittens.

We sent emails back and forth on information pertaining to a kitten of choice and pictures were sent as well along with information on what was to occur. I was told her location was in Cheyenne, Wyoming (however it stated see was 3 hours from my location in the ad but stated it was a mistake) and she could have the kitten shipped to my location due to travel distance.....sign number1. I tried giving her my number but would never call just email....sign number 2. Figured they wanted a paper trail that's why.

Stated it would be shipped to me for a cost of $300 to cover travel by plane, shipped to home, and adoption fee, also an email would be sent to me on confirmation on kitten and to follow instructions exacally....sign number 3 went from free to cost. Then comunications went from emails to texts to my phone from Mia, which was under 1-307-240-5462. Checked and was an Wyoming area code.

As stated from another consumer through this site reporting a scam, the same incident occured step by step. I was told to purchase a Reloadit card, give the pack number on back, take photos of card used, and send through information to recieve a detailed schedule of delivery......sign number 4. I thought it needed to be done this way so no cancelation of money transaction would occur.

Meanwhile I was recieving text mesages from this Mia at 1-307-240-5462 wanting to know the status in a concerning manner....sign number 5. However, I thought it was a legit concern for the kitten.

Once my information was all being processed, I decided to check back on all email transactions and all information was deleted at that time so I knew it was a scam and too late to stop the transaction of funds.

Shortly after, they sent me another email stating about the carrier and wanting more money as well as another text from socalled Miabraydon wanting to know how delivery was going. At that time I called them out on their scam and then I noticed my emails came back to life except certain information was removed such as Mia's full gmail address.

I want everyone to know not to trust this site what so every! Usually if it sounds to good to be true there is a problem and certain measures should be taken. I let my emotions take over reasoning due to the excitement. Please read reviews and never do business without good credentials.

However, knowing this site has had this occurred prier, I cannot believe this site is still up and running and hope I can help out anyone from being scammed like I did. It would be nice to recieve my funding back but if not I would wish to see an end to this operation as well as organization. Thank you.
