I received the same phone call as others... That they had a deal on arts and crafts supplies and I could check them out and if I didn't want them send them back. Well that was a lie. They wouldn't take them back and when I disputed the amount they reduced it and I payed it. I then got a phone call from someone who said there were items on back order and they needed to confirm my address. So I did. I was sent a second box that was received from another employee while I was off of work. When I came back I received phone calls about an open invoice of which I knew nothing about. I had left instructions that this box would be coming and that it was a backorder so no one told me that an "unsolicited" box came because that was not the impression of what was coming. I tried disputing it and sending them back and they refused. They said that if I sent them back after this long, it would cost me more money than the deal they could give me on the products. I fought for several months about this and reluctantly gave in. I just got yet another phone call today to confirm my address for back ordered items. When I refused and told them I wouldn't pay for items from them he said I still have a third invoice due and that they had sent me 3 boxes. I lost my cool and told him there would be zero money from me and the only person they would hear from would be my lawyer. They are a scam and I will never do any business with them again.
I was notified by the company January 2014 about a one time deal of art supplies. I paid $223.86 for these supplies, a couple months later I received another box of art supplies, i did not sign for these as the UPS guy left them outside in my yard, ( I live on a busy highway) I called and told them i was sending them back and I didnt want them , they tried to tell me it was part of the "DEAL" I had no deal with them. Instead of fighting with them i sent a check for $327.86. (WHICH WAS WAY TOO MUCH) I have a good line of credit etc , My husband is a federal employee and we go by the rules in life.
After reading the internet on how this compay is scammers I knew i was done with them , I then received another box of stuff in which i sent a check for $240 like the invoice noted,,, I called them and we were finished. Today I get another bill for $418.75... I do not owe anything, My lawyer is involved with this as well, and I feel I owe nothing for this stuff I know isnt over $200 in total if I woudl go to Wal-Mart and buy it,, they are rip off artistes is what they are, I try calling them and I am on hold for 10 - 40 minutes before I hang up, my time is important to me as well, I feel I owe them nothing.

A few months later, we received another box of craft supplies (that we did not order). When I called Kleritec, asking them why they sent us another box, they told me that some of the supplies were on backorder and so this was the rest of our first shipment. I was fine with that until they sent us an invoice for the "backordered" supplies. After a few months of refusing to pay for this, I reluctantly paid the total amount due. Several months later, we started receiving phone calls trying to solicit their craft supplies to us. I, repeatedly, told them "no" because we still had a lot of supplies left over from the first shipment. A few months ago, I received a box of craft supplies in the mail anyway, even though I did NOT agree to this purchase whatsoever. Now, they are flooding us with harassing phone calls, demanding payment. They are also using local phone numbers in our area to disguise themselves when they call. One representative actually called and claimed to be our bank!! We've received a couple of more calls, showing a local number on our caller ID. When we hang up and call those numbers back, they are local people from our area who have nothing at all to do with Kleritec.

At that time there was no mention of shipping and handling, so when the order came and a shipping and handling fee was included I called them and disputed the charges and they were dropped. Two weekes ago (end of July) I was again called and told that some back ordered items were being shipped and they needed to confirm the address and let me know they were coming. To me back order means the items should have been included in the origional shipment. NOT TO THEM! This new order is now to cost me over three hundred dollars. I called to dispute the additional charges but I was told to check around and they would comp the price if I could find the items cheeper. I will be doing this in the next few days! We actually compared pricing with Discount School supply and Lakeshore BEFORE ordering, so we knew when the box arrived something was wrong. I told them I would ship it back if they paid. They said to take the box to UPS to ship it back using a bar code they gave me. Checked with UPS and FedEx. No account on file with either. Talked to a rep, let's call him Troy, who then said I must have been mistaken about them paying for ship-back and I would need to pay shipping.
I refused to pay $50 shipping for less than $100 worth of products. This went on, and on for months. The rep eventually agreed to accept $100 to go away, and I distributed the products for use. When I paid the rep, over the phone, I told him I NEVER wanted to do buisiness with his company, in any way, ever again. I think he actually apologized and said he understood. Lies.
They shipped us another box of the same producst 4 days ago. We called to ask why, and they said they had forgotten to ship a box to us.... then they billed us $398. I called and left a message to tell them if they wanted their package it was in our dumpster. I would not ship it back or pay them a dime. Troy called me back. I told him again his product was in the dumpster, and hung up on him.
I expect threats and harrasment are on the way. Can someone with deep pockets please file a lawsuit against this company?
Not even sure how we got started with this company but they continue to send up ink that we do not order and do not have any use for. They claim to be a discount company but when you eventually get a bill for products you do not need the prices are outrageous. Then they call you multiple times a week for payment but you don't want to pay them because you dont want or have use for the products. You try to send them back but that never works and you end up paying an outrageous amount of money for products that dont work correctly, cannot be used in your equipment and you really can't afford them!

I was soliticed by phone in or around April or May of 2013 to purchase a box of quality arts and craft supplies for
$150.
When the box arrived the packing list said I owed $229
I did not pay the bill for a couple of months
I was then contacted and told if I did not pay the bill I would be taken to court. I told them that the total was wrong.
I mailed the supplies back on 9-29-14at a tune of $49.94 shipping. tracking order UPS box has been refused
the company also contacted credit bureau and made statements against me to effect my credit report
