This company claims to make ACH processing very easy. In a nutshell, they offer merchants a way for thier customers to pay for merchandise online, but logging directly into their online banking. The process is actually quite well designed.
Here is the issue with these con artist. They allow you to start taking payments instantly. No where on there site is there any type of documentation stating any of the things that come up later. They let me process payments for 2 weeks all while I was inquiring about how long before they would transfer the funds to my account. On there FAQ it states "5 days". 2 weeks is much longer than 5 days. After me complaining about this to them for a week, they put a "limitdeferred" status on my account. I have no clue what that means, other than they are not processing my money.
On top of the limit deferred they sent me a google form, stating I needed to fill that out to be approved by their underwriter and approval would take 1-3 months.
Basically, their "customer service" is not there. They do not have a phone number listed on their website. I called some of their officers that are listed on their corporate papers and they deny working for the company. They do not respond to support tickets, as everytime I send one in, they just mark it resolved with no answer.
Long story short, these guys are stealing money, probably bank accoutn information, and just ignore you when you try to get any answers.
Stay away from this company like the plague. They have "stolen" $350 from me, and won't get anymore because I cut them off. If I let it run any longer they would have stolen much more. If they are not theives, which I have no reason to think they're not, then they are just very very bad at business. You will regret doing business with this company.
