On December 25, 2014 I places an order for three lady hands bags and a wallet. I received a confirmation number indicating my payment wasnsuccessful. I have yet to receive processing nor shipping information on the items purchased.

I have tried to contact the company via email and have not received any replays.

The web site do not have a contact phone number listed.

Ripped off!

I ordered a bag and wallet,and the 154.93 was debited in an instant. I then received the following receipt;

I found korsshop.com from a link on Facebook on Dec. 24 the 2014. I purchased 2 purses, 2 sunglasses, and a wallet all for around $200. The website stated that all products are authentic. So my sunglasses are ray bans and my purses and wallet were Michael Kors products. I received order confirmation once I payed for the items and that I would be receiving further shipping instructions.

Fast forward 39 days... I received one MK knockoff purse with fake leather and two marks on the purse itself. A very crappy sewing job, the gold embellishments were cheap and there was an awful smell that didn't smell of leather. This is the only item I have received to date.

Do not waste your time and energy when buying purses and such claiming to be authentic from Facebook ads as this one. Catchy name too korsshop.com. oh and there is no contact number. All info is through email so the waiting game is exhausting.

I ordered a purse and wallet on January 15, 2015 and have been ill for the past couple of weeks. I got on tonight to get the # to call being it has yet to come and I ordered some ebay items after and all had made it. I look for it and see they have stole my money. Please help us all get our money returned and stop companies from doing this.

On December 31,2014 i ordered two purses from the korsshop and the total for both was 235.93

they sent me a conformation number. the took the money out of my account and the proceeded to tell me that my ordered had been cancled . There is no way to get ahold of them there is no number and when you go to the web site there is a live chat online but when i finally got someone to answer they told me that my order failed then when i asked why they logged off. Npw they wont answer me. the are a scam totally. and now i lost 235.00.

On 12-16-2014 I purchase a Michael Kors Handbag fro a web site (Korsshop)my son directed me for a christmas gift for my wife. I thougt I was purchasing a Michael Kors Hamilton MK Logo Satchel Brown handbag.

I paid 108 dollars and 94 cents.via bank card. The web site staed it would take 7-9 days to ship the order. I received a e-mail confirmation the same day with Order # 530129104.

On 12-27-2014 I e-mail the web site @ [email protected] as directed by website as a contact e-mail address for order tracking. The company respond with a ticket # 4395411+PDCWK@livechat.

A respond transcribe via Maria stated ("We have shipped the order and we will email you the tracking number when it is available,thanks!).

I have heard no reply since that date.

Your assistance in this amtter is defintely appreciated.

I ordered a MK purse and MK wallet on the 14th of December 2014. I received an email confirmaing my order and where they had taken my funds from my visa card. I have never received my merchandise or any other emails letting me know it was being shipped or on back order. I can't find a phone number to call this company. This was over $100.00 purchase. If I do not get my merchandise or a refund, I will be forced to take further action.

I ordered several items, recieved a confirmation email with delivery date and a customer service link. I waited a week past the delivery date before trying to contact the company.

The link for service was not a valid email link. I tried thre original link that I used to order the items and the link was not longer valid, additionally got a message from my fire wall that is was a high risk cite.

I never recieved the items and have to file fraud charges with my credit card company, thank goodness I didn't use my debit card.

Korsshop.com sent me a confirmation e-mail for my order on Dec. 21, 2014. Since then....nothing. No responses to my e-mails, no bag in the mail. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and one with the consumer complaint agency.

I ordered a purse and wallet and was charged for the purchase the same day by an unknown person. With a foreign name stating they were an enterprise. I've emailed them asking why I was charged the incorrect amount and haven't got a response. They have charged my account twice. Which together they still are the incorrect amount. I've emailed them asking if I would get an email when my order has been shipped and still no email. I emailed them stating I wanted to cancel my order and no response.

My husband insisted I order my own Christmas presents this year so reluctantly I did. I'm such a Michael Kors fan that after a friend saw this website I decided to order from there. They say 7-9 shipping days, well, this is false. After being debited the cost from my account I still have yet to receive a confirmation that anything has been or will be shipped. And might I add its now been 13 days. Christmas is tomorrow and my gift isn't here. I'm very disappointed. This has been a total ripoff!!!!

I ordered a Michael Kors purse for my daughter for Christmas. The email said that it would arrive in 5-9 business days. They were suppose to contact me when the purse was mailed. They haven't emailed me. When I tried to find out information on the item, they will not respond. There is no phone number at all. I've emailed customer service and requested a email from them. Nothing. Still waiting and Chirstmas is in 3 days. Rip Off deluxe. They debited my bank account the same day I ordered it.

Ordered and item off their website and they never delivered but took my money the day of order. They never returned any emails and they do not have a phone number. Based on other reviews, I am not the only one this happened to.
