I brought a car from Ford in 2005 I lost my job and in 2007 so I was behind by 2 months ford did not try to work with me. They repoed my car and sold it for $3000 they used these people Kramer and Frank to garnish my wages. For me to settle the firm talked to me rude and demanded the full payment. The following week i recieved garnishment papers from my employer. They garnished me for the maximum 180 days, as soon as they had my last payment the following month they are doing it again!!
They already had the judge signed the papers for garnishment, mind you the garnishement was for $7300.00 that was court cost for them and interests that added up every two- weeks when they garnished me. However Ford recieved there money, when Meredith Roberts from their office called me. She asked me how much am I willing to pay them off. I requested that i wanted her to email me the amount each time they took money out since 2010, then I wanted to know if I paid Ford then why are they still wanting money. She couldn't answer that but interupted me to say that she will email the statement. And if they can reach a settlement which is $3000 then I would have to file a 1099c..
I asked her to explain it to me she replied that I need to talk to an accountant. I hope that this company will be banned from ripping comsumers off. I need help ASAP to get them to stop!! 4 years that I had paid double for what Ford oredered me to pay.
