I invested in one of their new residential building project called "Lakeview Residency" located in Manipal, Karnataka, India. I was promised that the project will be completed in 3 years. The project started in 2011 but got delayed due to some land disputes with the land owner. Later they had issues with funding which further delayed the project. Now the project has entered into the 4th year, the building initially was supposed to be 14 floors with podium for car parking. Till date they have only completed 5 floors.
When I call them or email them to find out about the status, I get no response from the builder. Not sure if its a rip-off or they have genuine problems. However, management should understand the concerns, take this as high priority to help its investors. They should be responsive and keep up to date information on the status of the project.
