I was sent rwo trial products for a thirty day trial from Lenvitrial. I paid postage.

As I broke out in a rash and it made my eyes itch I canceled the orders.

They then charged me for both products on my credit card because the "trial period was really on for 14 days, but the amount of product was 30days. I was encouraged to continue using the product until my skin adjusted (unbelievabe) and there would be no refund.

I went to Nebraska to spend Mother's Day with my Mother as I thought I had 30 days.

I offered to send the remaining product back for there review and said they did not do that!

They got $48 dollars as I had not made a deposit and were unable to get the other $48 as I will not deposit into the account until this is resolved.

I like Judy L from Massachusetts also ordered the free offer of two skin care products and paid the 4.95 for each one. When my credit card arrived I was charged 94.99 and 94.95 for each product. I called the number on my credit card and was told I would have had to cancel in 14 days not to be charged. If that was noted somewhere when I ordered it must have been invisible. I would never have ordered anything from any company under that agreement. Number one, the products do not work and I would never would have reordered. This business needs to be shut down. Please do not order anything from this company. It is such a scam. I would certainly like my refund of almost $200.00.

When ordering this "free" sample..only $4.95 shipping...I looked over the website3 times..for hidden fees and loop holes! I'm an avid online shopper...so this wasn't my first rodeo! I found NOTHING...no hidden fees...nothing!! $4.95...what the hell...I ordered! HUGE MISTAKE!!! When I received the package with the smurf size bottle, there were no papers in with the product..no instructions saying in 14 day you will be charged $94.75...there was NOTHING AT ALL...but Smurfettes night cream! 2 weeks later...I get a letter from my bank, saying I was $181.00 negative in my account...the $95 had come out, and created a domino effect of bounced checks!!! When I called the LEnvi number...the woman had the balls...yes BALLS to try and sell me more stuff, because they were running a promotion...I lost my mind! Biggest rip off ever...got me for the tune of almost $200 bucks and a huge headache!

I called the 800 number and demanded a refund. I was given an address and return authorization number. I was told I would receive a full refund after returning the product. But the rep kept trying first to get me to keep the item at a 15% discount and then that went up to 35% and then 50%. I told her she was not listening, I would only accept a full refund. I plan to call Visa tomorrow and fight the charge.

The advertisement for L'Envi was apparently a pop-up while I was on Costco.com. It appeared as a reward for doing a survey for Costco. Then you could choose a gift and I chose the face cream for a charge of $4.95. Then one month later a charge of $94.99 appeared on my Visa bill. I called and demanded a full refund which they agreed to give me, but first tried to get me to take first a 15% off deal, then it became 35%, then 50% at which point I told the rep that I was basically demanding a full refund. I should have known it was a scam and was skeptical but I really thought it was connected to the Costco site. Live and learn. Luckily the phone number for the company was on my Visa bill. I am still checking to make sure the address actually exists. But I am also refuting the charge to my Visa card, which I am doing next. I could hear a dog barking in the background on the phone, I assume this person is working out of their house.

I saw an advertisement on television that talked about L'Envi skin care products. These products were for the wrinkles around the eye, and a skin care treatment. There was an 800 number to call, but I went on to their website . All I saw was the ad to get a "free sample" sign up; put in you name, address & phone number. The credit card was to pay for shipping at $4.95 each. No where did I read about this being a full 30 day bottle of eye care and skin cream products. The word "sample" was all in lare type.

When I called the number 1-800-750-9014 to find out about my charges on my credit card statement it was a charge of $95 each. I was told that the company does not send out "trial samples" but rather a full 30 supply of skin care products---not what was advertised. I would not get a refund, but the next automatic shipments were cancelled. My cred card statement listed the product coming out of GA.

The product is ok, not any different that a product that was under $25. I noticed very little difference using the product for 14 days.

I was on eBay, posting things to sell and editing some of my items up for sale when a pop-up window asked me to participate in an "eBay Survey." I thought it was a legitimate eBay survey, but I found out this morning when I called eBay that it was not a legitimate eBay survey. I went ahead and answered the questions with the promise that I could choose a free product. The other products had extremely high shipping and handling charges, but L'Envi's S&H was only $4.95. No where did it say that the product I was receiving was a trial for 14 days and that I was going to be charged $94.99 after the 14-day trial and would be part of a monthly subscription program. This company engages in nothing but deceptive practices and should be avoided at all costs. I had to call my bank, cancel my card and now wait 7-10 days for a new card. When that arrives I'm going to have to update all the legitimate companies that are tied to my card.

What a hassle! All for a deceptive company. When I called them and talked to them, that's when I was informed about the sample being a 14-day supply and that's why I was being charged $100 to try it. When I told them I had cancelled my card I was continually offered a revolving discount (15%, 30%, 50%) to continue it's use, until I told them I hadn't even used it yet and wanted to return it for a full refund. It was then that he gave me their shipping address and a return # for the outside of the package. Now that I have the state they are in, I can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Between this company and Keranique, I don't know who's worse.

While you are mislead to believe you are only purchasing a small amount of $4.95 you are actually agreeing to a $94.95 per month taken out twice on the same day. COntact with the Attorney General in Georgia as well as the US Postal Service for Mail Fraud should be a priority.

  • Jun 25, 2015

I received an offer for completing a survey of a free skin care product for $4.95 shipping. No information about enrollment in a monthly program was offered. I received my product and then 15 days later my credit card was charged for another $95. I called the company and they refused my request for a refund.

I was offered a choice of 5 free gifts for being a Chase Bank customer. I ordered L'envi with the undestanding that if I paid shipping and handling I would recieve their cream as a gift. About 3 weeks later, my bank account was charged $94.99. I phoned the number listed on the charge and was told they would cancel my subscription and the good news--- they would not charge me again next month. I explained to them I did not understand why I had been charged in the first place...they said i had had 14 days to cancel my subscription.

The only reason I even ordered was I believed this was an offer from my bank. When I phoned a representative he agreed to give me 15% off which he eventually turned to 50% off. I told him no, I wanted the full amount refunded. He finally agreed if I returned the product they would give me a full refund. He then gave me a code to write on my return package. Phew, ok getting my money back. I go to the post office and was informed that the address he gave me did not exist.

Chase bank sent me an email 3 days ago telling me they have put a temporary halt on my account because someone has been trying unsuccessfully (thank god) to access my account...just saying??

I called back today and apparently (maybe) I did not hear the address correctly...giving them a benefiit of a doubt I am going to mail back the product with some kind of verification of the enclosed return in the box...ie..have the postal employee verify the lotion is enclosed.

I will be shocked if they credit my account but will see:(

This company advertised for free trial. Don't fall for that. I was charged from my bank acct $94.99. I called customer service. They offered me refund of 16 percent and then changed to 30 percent refund. Although the online offer said they would refund Well they don't. So don't believe the crap they are advertising. They are only out to charge your bank acct.

  • Jun 2, 2015

This company is a scam! Don't fall for their 'free trial'.... I ordered their eye and face cream on May 15, 2015 and received it a couple of days later... I tried it out and it irritates my skin... I have allergies...tried to find their contact info online and there is none. So I figured I'll just send it back... Uh... nope! Today (June 1,2015) they charged my credit card $94.95 for EACH of the wrinkle creams... there is no working link to either L'Envi or to the distributor Hartford Scientific except for the one that takes you to the 'free trial' which isn't so free, since they charged me before the 30 days to try it were even near to being over... DON'T FALL FOR THIS!

I ordered two trial products, eye cream for $4.95 and wrinkle skin cream for $5.95 online from L'Envi. Both products arrived with no written information or confirmation about a 14 day cancelation time period. The online ordering process is also not clear about a cancelation suggesting to me that this was and is now a scam. The trial products didn't even arrive until 2 weeks after the order date.

Also the Online site never listed and the trial products package never included how much a full product would be. It wasn't until I reviewed my credit card statement that I saw L'Envi had charged my account $94.94 and $95.99 only after 3 weeks from order date. Because the trial products arrived so late, I even only had 5 days to use them which would never be enough time to judge a product.

When I contacted the company they canceled the eye cream charge of $95.99 however not the wrinkle cream for $94.99. They claimed they had sent the wrinkle cream. Yet, I never received this product and they have no tracking record for it. Still they refuse to dismiss the charge. And when I attempted to cancel any future products they only would give me a confirmation number for the eye cream. But on that same day they would not dismiss the $94.99.

Upon reading another review on Ripoff I realize that they had the same problem with L'Envi. For that reason I caution anyone to not order products from this company. They appear to be a scam....a ripoff.

Offer of trial of wrinkle cream and under eye cream offered for $4.95 and $5.95 for S&H terms and conditions .box not checked authorizing or agreeing to have account automatically billed after 14 days because i did want this to be done .the order should not have be filled by the company. now my bank account has been charged $71.21 and $71.24 without permission

  • May 22, 2015

I ordered a very small free sample of L'Envi "scientifically advanced wrinkle repair" cream for the nominal cost of shipping. When I received my credit card statement the company had charged me $94.99. I called customer service and offered to send the sample, which I had not opened, back to them and requested that I receive a credit for the $94.99. After speaking with several people in customer service, getting the run-around, and promised a call back (which never happened), they offered to refund 50% of the $94.99 I was charged.

I told them that I would not accept 50% of the cost at that time and after I spoke with another supervisor I would make a decision. I was promised a call back the same day. They never called me back so six days later I placed another call to customer service to accept the 50% offer. I was told that they could not refund me anything because I had "refused" the previous offer and my account was closed. I have never received such horrible "customer service"! A total rip-off!

I had ordered (2) listed very small sample sized skin care products from an online lenvi skin care website at a quoted price of $4.95 ea sample...Totalling approx. $10.00 for the (2) on 05/16/2015. Upon checking my email for shipping confirmation on 05/20/2015, i realized items still had not been shipped but, the charges of the products had been already collected from my checking account on 05/18/2015.

Upon checking to see if i had been scammed. And to add insult, reports were stating, "this company was collecting further unexpected, unapproved charges, of $94.95 times (2) for the same (2) itty bitty trial samples earlier purchased for $4.95 ea."

Upon contacting the company to inform them that no other charges were approved to be charged on my debit card through my bank Just as the complaints state on rip-off), the lady Shanna) continued to be rude, repeat herself as she was reading from a script...And said, "you have to call back on june 3, 2015...To cancel." i asked, "cancel what"??? I did not join any autoship program or any other program to recieve any further products or agree to pay the ridiculous amount of appro $200.00 they were trying to scam me for, for (2) itty bitty samples of a facecream i had already paid for!

I told her to cancel any type of further shippments of any sorts as well as trying to collect fradulent, unapproved fees from my bank account! she hung up on me! i notified my bank and had my debit card cancelled immediately!!!!!!! even though this was an inconveience as i have to go in to the bank to get a new one, i was able to beat these scammers at thier own game!!!! i suggest if you or anyone has ordered these (2) trick products, notify your bank or credit card company and hve your card cancelled immediately as well to save yourself undue stress!

Ordered free samples paid the shipping ..they then charged $94 when I didn't return samples ..which I understand..but I called and cancelled my account and was assured no more money would be taken from my card and no more products would b shipped to me...well here we are a month later and $94 was taken out of my card and products was shipped...called and said wasn't anything they could do till I returned the items that are currently being shipped...items I cancelled over a month ago...bad business will not ever order anything online again!!!!

  • May 11, 2015

Don't do it!

Same as everyone else. My ex told me to order this for my daughter and it was free, only $4.95 for S&H. A few weeks later there is a $95 charge on my card. I called my credit card company and they said call the product company and if it isn't resolve I can file a dispute. When I called the company the person cancelled my account but could only refund 15% of my money, when I said "No, I want all of my money back" he said he will refund 30%. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course they were "all in a meeting". I said, "there must be someone in charge, get the owner if you need to". Then he said he will refund 50% but that's the best he could do. I said that isn't good enough, I will talk to an attorney. He said a supervisor will call me back within 24 hours. Doubtful.

Through the internet there was a trail offer for Lenvi SkinCare Product. I was told that I would receive free trial of L'Envi repair, restore, rejuvenate cream for just shipping and handling total of $4.95. I received trial and the following month my credit card was charged for $71.24.

I called company at 1-855-958-0288 on May 1, 2015 and spoke with Wendy. She tried to at first offer to refund me at 15% of total cost. I disagreed insistant I want a full refund due to the fact that I never agreed to any further products nor did I receive any further products. She than said she would refund at 35%. Again I disagreed expressed my frustration and asked to speak with a manager. Of course there was not a manager available. I shared that I would be reporting the company and contacting legal services. She than said that if I return the product to them that once they receive it I would get a full refund within 5-10 business days. I told her this was unacceptable but if that was what it would take to have my money put back into my account I would have to comply. I told her that I would be sending it priority mail which would require a signature so that I would have proof of delivery.

Wendy asked that I have on shipping label this RMA # 179782316592610. I am extremely and could you imagine if they are taking $75-100 dollars from each person who agrees to a trial sample the monies they are making. This is fraud and false advertisement and would agree to legal action.

The complaint is basically like all the rest. I was signed up for Free Samples and this popped up; first the face cream, then the eye cream. This did not take me to their original site where they prob have the fine print, where you get chgd forever. These were supposed to be free samples for the S/H handling price of $5.95 ea. 15 days later they charged me almost $90 ea for them. According to the other posts, I will be chgd indefinitely, so I had to cx my credit card. I tried to call them tonite, but it was after hours. I'm sure I won't get a positive response tomorrow, but will try and if I do get ahold of them, I will offer to send these products back. If they accept this and rescind the chgs, I will repost. I'm not holding my breath.

Free trial of L-envi cream just pay for $4.95 for shipping & handling. Charged me $95.00 14 days after. I cancelled immediately. They stated I will not be receiving cream as I cancelled. But they charged me $95.00 stating that was my payment for the free trial. This is totally a scam. They refuse to refund my money

to good to be true

My mother was scammed by another brand also from Georgia probably same company. She had to jump through hips to have this canceled it was horrible. Today on a website of the doctors saw this ad for the lenvi cream for the shipping price of 4.95 it looked good then I recalled my mother's problem. I scrolled down to the very bottom of the ad. You have to click on the very tiny tiny word in red at the very end of the BOTTOM click on "TERMS" read all the way through I think it was #2 saying you will pay 94.95 a month and you are enrolling in monthly autofill you will receive every month a new shipment. So yes it is there not quite invisible but almost. had I not seen what my mother went through I would have fell for this game too very deceiving and should be against the law. it states all about you are entering a contract and you cannot break it it is binding by law all the information you should be told beforehand but like I've always been taught and told if it's too good to be true then it probably is a scam. always look at the bottom and read the fine print on this one you had to actually click on terms to see the legal contract.

  • Feb 19, 2015

Ordered a skin cream for $4.95 and was charged $94.99 on my credit card without my consent. Very angry with this company and the product doesn't even work, i broke out and my face itches from this product.

It said risk free not true this is a real scam and people like me on a fixed income cannot afford something like this. I hope these people are caught and shut down.

  • Feb 19, 2015

1/15/15 I responded to online ad to try product "risk free" and pay shipping only (4.95 and 5.95). No mention that a monthly shipment would follow.1/30/15 my credit card was charged 94.95 and 94.99. I was told that I had 14 days from "free offer" to cancel or monthly shipments would continue. I was told I was able to cancel future shipments, which I did by automated message. As of today, I have not received the monthly shipment but I have not received a credit to by credit card.

I reported this company to BBB in Atlanta, GA area. Hartford Scientific responded with a very lenghly form letter showing a terms and agreement statement which basically stated that shipments would continue.

That form letter terms and agreement shows nowhere before the "Buy now for quicker delivery" button or "rush my order" button. No where above that button did it state I would be signing up for continued shipments with a $95+ monthly charge or that I would I have to send the product back to be refunded. In fact, it said quite the opposite. The ad stated that this was a "risk free" "trial offer". I would say that being charged without my consent is NOT "Risk Free". I have not as yet received the 1st automatic shipment but if and when I do I will refuse and return to the Post Office. Now that this has happened to me I have found so many complaints posted to the internet. It appears to me that they will continue to make money with this scam until someone shuts them down

  • Feb 16, 2015

I saw the ad for trial sizes for LEnvi Eye cream Total was 5.95 and LEnvi Moisture cream. I was billed on my credit card for $94.99 for one and $94.95 for the other from this company in the State of Georgia.

  • Feb 13, 2015

I ordered L'Envi's skin care products and was charged $94.99 and $94.95 for L'Envi Moist and L'Envi Eye which the add said was $4.95 and $5.95. My email confirmations were that my order was confirmed. There was no information on the website or in the email that suggested I would be charged these amounts. When I called the phone number 800-340-6991, he kept saying I didnt read the fine print and there was no refunds, only cancellations for the product. I only received a small jar and small tube. when I asked if that was $94.99 and $94.95, he said yes. I am very frustrated. when I told him I would send them both back, he kept repeating NO REFUNDS! I have cancelled whatever "trial" I was on immediately.

  • Feb 19, 2015

scam

This is awful there was no fine print when I ordered this product and now I can't even use it my face itches so bad. I also was charged the $94.99 and no where did it say that would happen. Then I read an article that said risk free so I am going to try to get 5 on your side the TV station to get this shut down. This is such a scam and taking advantage of seniors for sure. Thanks everyone for your comments makes me feel a little better knowing I wasn't the only one scammed.

  • Feb 6, 2015

A couple weeks ago I replied for a free trial of eye cream and moisturizer plus $5.95 shipping. I got the samples right away, however, now I have 2 charges of $94.95 in my bank account. I can not find a number or anything that can help me contact LEnvi to dispute these charges.

This is a total ripoff!!! Do Not Do this. Now I am out $200.00!

LAME!
