Here is my letter to them!!!

I am so upset with your company because I was told that my 14 day trial was extended to another date so I called and cancelled but the lady asked why , when I told her it wasn't working she offered me another sample to try cause it might take longer to notice the difference, so I tried it for longer and called to cancel again. I just received my bank statement and found that I was charged the full amount of 97.88 which I never authorized because I called and canceled. So when I called your company they said I did not call in time to cancel and told me that I was wrong. So I called your sister company whom I also ordered from because the offer said in order to work you should try both products so I called them and sure enough when I called them the same times I called you, they said that I was on time ..actually early..when I cancelled. So I called you back and they said there is no recorded message that I called and cancelled. Today I was online and was typed in your company to contact you and there were rip off reports from your company taking money from people that was not authorized. I would appreciate if you could take care of this matter and refund my money so I don't have to go further. Thank you

I, also was totally ripped off by the Dermaniqe skin care Co. I didn't even know they had a website, until I read the many other victims of this obvious scam ! I did a survey online one day, and at the end was told to pick one of five free items as a thank you for doing the survey. I picked the "free" dermaniqe product. Ater a couple weeks, and before I received the free gift, I received a call thanking me for ordering the product, and that they were going to send me a lot of information so that I could receive it monthly. I was very emfatic , that I DID NOT want to sign up for ANYTHING !

Alll I wanted was the free "gift". I never had agreed to anything, except to pay shipping, which required my debit card number.Last week I received an email that my monthly product was being sent, and my debit card charged $97.88. I immediatly answered the email and told them "Don't send anything, I will deny it at the postoffice. My email was returned "no such email exists". I had no way of contacting them at all. So yesterday, when the charge showed up on my debit account, I went straight to the bank to report an unathorized charge. They had me fill out papers to dispute the charge, and the bank was able to access there so-called agreement contract. I had never seen it before.

How could I have agreed to it?? I got the customer service number from my banker, and have called over 12 times. At first the phone would not even ring. After 4 more tries, the put me on hold, and after 15 minutes, hung up. My cell phone says that is not a registered number. After a few more tries, all I got was static. Now, no ringing again. I am totally disgusted with these scammers. But hear this, all you vicims !!! Cancel your card number, and get a new one !! Yes, it is a hassle, contacting everyone else about the new number, but the only way to stop the charges !! Good luck ! Wish I had a lawyer, I would sue on the principle of the thing !
