Let me start by saying in no way should you conduct any business with this man or anyone connected with the listed company names. He is a liar, and a theif and he is not to be trusted no matter how good of deal he talks.
Trust me he is very intelligent when it comes to home improvement as well as taking on commercial projects, however all he will do is take your money, provide you with a fake contract and start ignoring your calls by only responding with nonscense text messages until he finally dissapears for good.
He was suppose to rent to me a two bedroom apt. He said that it was in "high demand" because of location so it would be best to put the security deposit down to secure the unit in which we did. He said that the property would be ready by a certain date and of course it wasn't.
We were really banking on the place and needed to be in there on the first. There was no way someone could live in those conditions. Because we made a fuss about it and called him on his bull crap he tried to take us to another property to occupy until he could get the original place complete. He said that he would have it done by Friday and at the time it was Tuesday. There was no way in hell that was possible given the condition of the place.
To make matters worse the second property that he tried to put us in was even worse and in the worst neighborhood. There were actually bullet holes in the front window. I still can't believe he actually wasted our time and took us to that spot.
We made a fuss that eveing and said that you know what deals off just give us our money back. He said that he would send us some papers to sign by the next night and would have our money then and of course we still don't have it.
If anyone knows how to find him please let me know so that I can confront him. Since then I have found out that the company name on the lease is a fake, this man is an unlicensed contractor and has actually been to jail for and is still on probabtion for it.
