I ordered and paid for a sample of a skin care lotion this company was selling. Unbeknownst to me I was automatically enrolled in monthly shipments of the stuff for $90 that was to be charged to my credit card. I quickly cancelled this "subscription" and returned the unopened shipment. When I never received a credit on my account I called them I had tracked the package and knew they had received it and also was sent an email by them saying they received my return.
They are refusing to refund me, as they say I didn't follow their protocol on how I returned the item. they then became very rude and told me I would absolutely NOT ever be refunded by them despite that the had received the unopened product. I have contested their charges with my credit card company. I recommend staying far away from this shady company!
I felt completely flim-flammed by this company. They offer a 2 week free sample, but refuse to let you know that you wil be charged $89 a month if you don't return the product in 2 weeks.
