They recorded fraudulent documents with the help of the Monterey County, California Recorder, Steve Vagnini, the Monterey County Superior Court, Inc. and the Monterey County Sheriffs Office (Civil Division). Les Zieve refused to validate the debt or provide any information despite several written requests by the homeowner which were sent to his office by Certified Mail. The Court Order was unsigned. The Sheriffs Deputies refused to show the widow the Order and then one of the three Sheriff's Deputies signed the Order after the widow was forced out of her house under threat of arrest.
