Lawrence Eckman of ECKMAN'S TREE SERVICE had an employed worker that drove a truck off my driveway and cracked my cement. Lawrence said he would take care of it and use someone local to repair the driveway.
When I called upon him to make good on his word, he verbally attacked me on the phone and flat out refused to fix what he broke. He blames the driveway and how it was poured. The driveway is twenty years old and it hasn't cracked like this EVER and it has had heavy recreational and commercial vehicles driven on it.
Lawrence is insured and this fix wouldn't even set him back $300 but he will not fix what he broke. His company does cheap work and his job quote reflects that. They leave a lot of what was said was going to be removed and then Lawrence expects the homeowner to apparently know the trades of arborist or concrete finisher to fix or finish the job, the job he was paid for.
The quality, integrity, honesty, and professionalism is lacking in this business and I would not recommend ECKMAN TREE SERVICE to ANYONE! IF someone repeatedly tells you what a good deal you're getting when quoted you for a job- you're not.
