This company, Lease and reantal Management has violated my Rights by having my vehicle repossessed for defaulted payments despite the Massachusetts Laws and Virginia Law of "Breach of Peace." This was done in the middle of the night and I told the tow truck driver to put the vehicle down and he refused. He did allow me to retreive some of my personal belonging, but several items were left inside of the vehicle and no recovred. Lease and Rental Management didn't afford me the opportunity to retain possession of this vehicle nor did they send a letter stating the amount in which the vehicle could be retained. Instead, they sold the vehicle and did not provide me with documentation of the sale or the amount if the sale. They continually placed damaging information on my Credit Report bring my credit score down.
They have posted on my credit report that I owe them for the full amount of what is due on the loan after the car hase ben sold. This is also a violation of Massachusett and Virginia Law. lease and Rental Management did not file a judgement against me in Virginia courts and this is also a violation. I would appreciate and assistance in clearing this matter.
