Will accept a one time settlement of $455.00. If I don't respond legal proceedings for wage garnishment will begin. I was also advised their initial notice of March 8th was ignored. I dont have and never have had a loan with this company or any of the affiliates listed. I did receive a prior threatening email their so called notice I guess.
