Mr. Moody and Phil Rogers continually call me saying They are collecting a debt that I owe but they will not provide me with proof of such debt. They gave me a fake New York address for their business which is actually an apartment complex. I have contacted them three times to send me the proof and they cuss at me and scream or just hang up on me. Yet they continue to call to try to collect and they say I can only pay by giving them my checking account number. They are really harassing me and so I did contact the state of New York financial division and am now filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission. These scamming harassers have got to be stopped.
