I got a call from this william Anderson saying i qualified for a $5000.00 loan. And he said i would have too pay for this insurance that was refundable when they deposited the loan and said i had to go get a moneygram expresspayment service from walmart for $200.00 so i did then they said i had to pay $360.00 for a secure direct deposit that was refundable the same way a moneygram. they said that the $5560.00 would be deposited with in the half hour and wasnt i kept calling them and they kept putting me off til finally there is just a message machine saying leave a message.
Lendup loans is fraudulent, where they asked us to verify that we can afford the payment by loading money on a Paypal GreenDot card and they will verify and stay on the phone for 20 minutes until the money is deposited into our account and it would come with the refund for the money on the GreenDot card. Well during the call they transferred us to Mark Spencer and he asked us for an additional $410 for legal and transfer fees and thats when we realized we were being had. Now wont refund the $289 because they said the loan has already been processed, which is also a lie because if it was processed we would have the money. The verification person Russel Jones lied to us too and now we cannot even talk to him anymore on the same number i called all day but can only get Mark Spencer at 253-214-3863.
I barrow a loan from these guys they draw you in by with a small loan thinking if i pay them off it would go positive on my credit report. come to find they do not report on your credit report until you reach platinum status which my second loan would be only silver but this is the kicker they do not offer platinun in the state of ga. so it would be useless and pointless to take out this loan to build your credit if they dont offer platinun in your state . and they says its just courtesy that they offer to clients who take out serval loans with them @ 29% interest rate . to make long story short its a predatory loan racket apply @ your own risk
