LEX KOGAN Reviews

Ibogaine has the potential to aid opiate addicts going through detox. However, the proper and safe ways to administer it for this purpose are not easily available for those who need it. Ibogaine is a relatively new drug to the western world and since it is banned in America, there is a great deal of misinformation surrounding it. If the FDA had truly allowed proper research to take place, then accurate information about its benefits and dangers would be readily available. But since its not, an entire underground has emerged.

An underground of greedy and dishonest individuals who portray themselves as medicine men saviors. But in reality, they are nothing more then a new form of drug dealer. The amount of ibogaine needed to properly aid an opiate addict with detox would never exceed $500. However, so called "clinics" have sprung up all over mexico, canada, costa rica, panama etc charging anywhere from $5000 to $20000. They all have fancy websites that promise a miracle cure while the patient is housed in comfort surround by a professional medical staff.

Me and my boyfriend have been to 4 of these so called ibogaine clinics so far in an attempt to uncover the truth. And so far the truth is that their marketing consists of mostly lies. We are presently visiting others and will soon be releasing detailed information about our findings of each clinic. All so far have been operated by one or two individuals who have no medical experience. They are individuals who have tried ibogaine themselves and seen the opportunity to get rich by selling it to addicts.

And they get away with charging as much as a medically supervised rehab would by up selling their services and facilities on these websites full of misinformation and false promises. None of the 4 we visited so far have a professional medical staff. Its a joke. And the worst so far was Lex Kogan's in Costa Rica. Everything he told me prior to me arriving was a lie or an extreme exaggeration. His so called doctor was never present and his staff of "nurses" were extremely incompetent. His clinic consisted of two residential houses next door to each other.

And while i was there for 10 days, staying in a makeshift room which was really just a hallway, i watched as about 12 addicts came and went, each spending close to $10,000. And none of them left "cured", even tho some believed it for a time. Reality is that Lex Kogan and his associate Eric Taub (FYI these are made up names) make a fortune dosing addicts with ibogaine for a few days and then send them back to their addictions. They are not truly trying to cure addiction. Even though they convince themselves and everyone otherwise, they are in it for the money plain and simple.

If they truly were trying to cure addiction then their fee would go much further than just dosing the addicts for a few days. There would be a true medical staff and facility. And most importantly there would be a general program with aftercare. I have chosen to list Lex Kogan and his partner in crime Eric Taub, well before our report and analysis of all the ibogaine clinics operating today, because so far they have proven to be the most unsavory in the business. And thats quite an achievement in an underground business flush with conmen.
