This is apparently a nation wide organization that purports to remove head lice but is a total scam. We were desperate and agreed to pay their exorbitant rates, $175 for the first hour and $100 for each hour after that. The woman they sent to our house and our son's house talked a blue streak -- making the liceometer continue to click -- and greased our heads with olive oil but didn't know what she was doing. After she left we found that our grandkids' heads were still loaded with lice and nits. We demanded our money back since we had to call in someone who knew what they were doing. They insisted we were supposed to continue to wash our own heads with olive oil for three weeks to make the treatment effective. Silly us, we agreed to pay half but should have reported them to the Better Business Bureau instead!! Don't ever ever use these lice louses! They are worthless.
Do Not ever use Lice Doctors and their company for lice removal! It is ALL A SCAM!!! They come to your house and tell you to put olive oil in your hair and then an unidentified technician comes with just nit comb to comb out your hair and leaves lice and nits in the hair!! They charge you $150 /hr for the first house for this b*******, then $100/hr after that just to have someone come to your house with a comb. I could have did this myself. On top of it, they dont comb out all the nits and lice. They leave nits and lice in the hair and tell you to a b******* scamming followup plan to do this olive oil b******* treatment for 3 weeks!! I fought the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! It is a fraud and the manager is a B****!!! f****** lying new york accent scamming b.
