Light in the box. Please note that I have tried to resolve a problem of canceling pending orders from this company. They finally ask me to send a jpg file of the screen I kept getting(which was not the screen I should have been on). I've tried for 3 hours now to send to them and nothing I try works. HA HA i need to delete the pending orders just can't get ANY real help from them. Just bogus addresse

No customer service that works.

Literally spent hours trying to get an order together for this site that was offering extraordinary deals on clothing. When I tried to place the order for a sale that was going to expire in 19 hours, my perfectly good credit card was denied. Called my card comp, nothing wrong. Tried to place order again, okay, $268, but $28 for supposedly free shipping, ok, had a coupon for $22, which it took, so would eat $6, but misrepresentation all the same.

Got to payment page, my order total had increased to over $500, stating most items were no longer on sale it had expired. Went back into site, those items were still being offered at sale price. Tried to correct the order, would not let me. No phone, no fax, no contacts, only a general email, which I used with no response. So I canceled the entire order. Meanwhile, they have my credit card info, so called my card again to red flag light in the box.

This company is based in China, and all products are manufactured there, altho they represent themselves to be a "world wide company," which leads you to believe they offer products gathered from around the world, but only means they will ship globally. You cannot contact them, altho they have a "return center" in Washington State, no phone.

From the hundreds of complaints I have seen online at various consumer sites, I made a smart move. I even tried to order thru my ebates, whom I trust implicitly to only enroll trusted stores, and let them know about this. This appears to be a bait and switch company, and never, ever, push the process payment key without quadruple checking your order. And good luck ever getting it, you won't even get a confirmation email, and they process your card IMMEDIATELY!!!! Be alert, hopefully ebates will remove them and others will follow suit.

Lesson...never do business with an online company that does not offer a phone number (and test it first), a legit address, contact persons, fax number, etc. And if the prices sound too good to be true, well, you know the rest. Let's work to get this sham company with supposedly very inferior products shut down from the net.

I purchased a pair of heels from light in a box, but haven't received order yet. I paid for expedited shipping for 3-5 days and haven't been shipped out. Look on website for customer service number but they have none.

I ordered this on 3/5/15 and paid for expedited shipping so would be here for birthday on 29th. After reading reviews I'm mad I ordered from this place. Will never order from them again!!

I placed an order with Light in the Box in October 2014. Ten minutes after I placed the order I cancelled it (well within their 24-hour full return policy). I submitted a ticket and asked for a refund and was told the money would be refunded within 24 hours. It wasn't.

One month later I submitted another ticket asking that my money be refunded. I received a response saying that it would be refunded and that I would receive an email with instructions on how to receive the refund. I followed the instructions. No refund.

In December I again submitted a ticket. I was told that the money had been refunded. It had not.

In February I submitted another ticket. And threatened leagal action. I was told "Pedro" would check with the finance department and get back to me within 48 hours. No response.

Again, I submitted a ticket. Pedro said that he'd check with finance again and get back to me within 48 hours. Six days later the ticket was closed and there is NO way to open another ticket.

There is no customer service email or phone number. It has been five months and I have not gotten the refund. It is a complete runaround and now there is no way to contact them via their terrible "ticket" system.

This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down!!!!

I had ordered a gift from light in the box and never recieved it. Now I can't even get in contact with the company because their is no phone. Plan on going to talk to the bank to see what I can accomplish since they charged my card and I have recieved no product from them.

Recently, I bought some watches from MInInTheBox.com. First the watches did not come in time. there were promblems with the watches. They do not have a physical address nor telephone number. You are supposed to send a email to their complaints division, which I did many times and they do not reply back. They look like one time business dealers. Nobody should buy from them.

I ordered 3 jackets for Halloween for me and my friends. The company website stated that it would be 1-2 days processing and 3-5 days for expedited shipping. This would get our items to us a day before needed. So 4 days later when I had not received an email telling me my items had shipped I became conserved. I attempted to contact customer service, but there was no phone number and online chat was closed on a SATURDAY. I submitted a customer service ticket and they wrote back telling me the processing time was 1-7 days not 1-2.

That is a complete lie. It was not when my friends and I placed the order. Three of us all saw the same thing 1-2 processing days. Of course the customer service people kept putting it back on us saying they are sorry WE misread things. That is appalling! I have waited all Sunday to speak with this online chat only to find out it ONLY for presales. This company is a joke and AWFUL to do business with. STAY AWAY! I also had the lady named Bella on the online chat service ask me to wire her money.
