When they remove these vehicles once at there lot on bailey the car is opeaned slim jim or lock picked they remove the parking permit from vehicle giving them there reason for inpound long story short they rip people off and steel there parking permits so they can take your car and charge you crazy money to get your vehicle back id really tell how i no this first hand but its not a good idea im sure some can figure it out them selves
