Andria Sato at Lilikoi designs ordered letterpress from our company because she does not have the equipment she claims she has to do appropriate letterpress printing. Upon buying the die - special order foil for her customer the stock she chose would not work with the foil. After setting up our presses on multiple occasions for samples for her to see, I explained that the stock she chose would not work with the foil she wanted to use. I suggested she change the stock. She chose to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I, in good faith packaged up her stock, die and extra foil to UPS to her along with a refund check minus the frieght, 1/2 the cost of the foil and the die charge. I then find out she had cancelled her original deposit. So she got all the materials returned yet never paid a cent for any of them, let alone all our time and effort. I strongly advise any vendor doing business with Andria Sato and Lilikoi Designs to make sure the check clears before proceeding ahead. She has no conscious and will steal from you given the chance if it suits her.
