When ordering this product, they are not clear on anything. You do not get any company information, no reciept, no phone numbers, no amounts that will be charged, etc. When you sign up for the one product, you get charged for all three (mango cleanse, garcinia cambogia and live body coach). You must call and cancel each one. They all give you the run around, try to sign you up for more products, etc. Then in the end, I still got charged. Had to call again, asked for a refund, they wouldn't do it. I never signed up for the trainer portion but they don't care. They were rude, put me on hold for 40 minutes when I asked to speak with a manager and then hung up on me.

We'll we have this also for $6.95 a month and this also." It was like what part of cancel don't you understand!!!!!!!!!!!!! After I hung up I called my credit card company and told them my card had been stolen and had it canceled so I wouldn't end up with any hidden cost later on my card. I recommend everyone do this if they are scammed into signing up or are signed up automatically if you bought something that this company is associated with.

What a scam! I had no idea that clicking on a link on my phone from this site would automatically put me under a contract for $19.95 a month.
From what I found on line, their refund rules it states that you will receive a refund if they are contacted within 7 days of the money charged.
Customer service said that was not so and told me a totalyy different story. Also, any time I was talking she would get louder and louder talking over me.
My card people refunded my money and filed a disbute against them.
This VIP program is misleading. There are ""21 Day Free Trial"" notices all over the Live Body Coach website. I never got an ""assessment."" I tried calling the VIP Hotline 6 times without a response, checked out the website and decided I did not want the program, within the first week. Now I'm out $499 and apparently the VIP thing is separate from the Live Body Coach, though that's the website you have to use in the VIP program. This is a scam and predatory. I may lose my money.
