Logan elia was hired by Paul Padda about 18 months ago.
Over an 18 month period Elia has done noting but make one mistake after another.
1. They sue 3 people for placing alleged defamatory remarks online. After a while they file a motion to continue since it seems they sued a wrong person. what an idiot. This leaves 2 defendants.
2. They then conspire with one of the two defendants to testify against the other. They send her an email urging her to lie under oath and testify that she "saw him place those defamatory remarks online". She refuses. (Comically enough they pick the poor one to testify against the millionaire).
3. So this so called "cyber attorney" Logan Elia has spent 18 months on this case and supposedly charged his client tens of Thousands of dollars.
4. So defendant number 2 then files a motion to dismiss (costing $500). Elia files a counter motion-and LOSES!!!
This so called attorney spends 18 months on a lawsuit, the defendant files a single motion and wins - case dismissed!
What a ridiculuos attorney Logan Elia nust be-to be beaten by a pro se with a single motion.
His client Padda sends death threats to the above 2 defendants-which we can actually prove since we triangulated the anonymous texts, and can compare to his cell phone. Can't wait for this to come out.
