for a specified fee to investors saying the purchaser will not incur costs of any type beyond the amount tendered. this was
1996. Since then premiums have been billed quarterly on some policies. Now yearly "service" charges have been billed at
about $245 per policy. Together my husband and I have 8 policies. I calculate this to bring the total to near $10,000 to
keep the interest in these policies in our names. Policy funding agreements under "Acquistion Costs" should view this as il
illegal. LPI has misrepresented the facts here and should not require any more payments.
