In January 2015, my husband contacted this mobile mechanic "Lu" to change the brakes. We thought he did a good job but a month later found out that he scammed us by never installing the back brakes.
Since we originally thought he had done a good and quick job with the brakes we had another vehicle that had broken down. He said he could fix it so my husband gave him have the money but then later said he needed more money since the job was almost complete. Turns out this jerk just gave my husband the run around and never fixed the vehicle. We had it tolled to some relative in Elgin on East 4th Street in Elgin. She was an elderly woman and must be some how related to this guys wife.
I'm planning to place a police report with the Elgin police but I think this guy lives around the area. He scammed us over 1000.00.
I hope this jerk is placed in jail forever!!! What a lesson we had to learn.
