Lubin Property is a rip off I moved in one of their properties only to find it had a lot of electrical problems along with other maintenance issues. I contacted them about these issues even putting them in an addendum sheet and sending it to them.They did not respond after calling on several occasions never sent anyone to fix my electrical problem I have had to call code enforcement on them twice and even then they dont seem to eager to fix. Have paid rent and have not been able to stay there. When it rains water runs back into the lower part of the house. I was forced to take care of bug infestation problem myself, the back of the toilet leans up when you sit on it, sockets pop in the house, wires were hanging out of meter box, fuse box needs replacing, was only given key to storm door never recieved key to wood door, I had to ask to repaint nasty walls and reclean house before I completely moved in and to top it off I have two small children. PLEEEASSEEE HELLLPPP! Desperate tenant.
