Where do I even start with this company? Should I start with their ways to get more money from you? Or what about the contracts they convince to get or even how they don't explain to you what you are even signing? Or what about their customer service that they provide?
Let's talk about first the Service contracts. In the lease they tell you to get 2 contracts. A maintenance contract and a service contract. The maintenance contract is SUPPOSED to cover all your oil changes and regular maintenance for your vehicle for the duration of your lease. When I went to go get my second oil change they told me I had to pay $54.00 for my oil change. Why would I have to do that since I have this contract you ask? The answer is simple, it's just a scam. Any new car you buy from there you only receive a free tank of gas and only your FIRST oil change is free. Now what about the other contract involved? No one can even tell me what it's for, not even Lujacks.
Secondly let's talk about the fact that when I went to go get my car I told them that I wanted a small suv or crossover around $350 a month as my monthly payment. They found me a 2014 Honda civic. A.) That's not what I asked for. B.) $460 is not $350. Guess when I found that out? After they had me sign everything. Wtf??
Thirdly their not so lovely customer service. When I realized that something was wrong with lease contract and when I told them I couldn't afford the car all they did was brush me off and tell me that I'm stuck until my 3 year lease is over. Also anytime I had questions regardless they showed no interest in spending a few moments with me.
Fourthly my car is wayyyyyy over priced. The price tag on my car is $19980 I put down $5000 tell me why 6 months later and $2760 worth of payments my buy out for my car is $19284???
Trust me there's more but this pretty much sums it up.
