Horrible Fraud Luma Repair

When you search google the bad reviews disappear down the line because many companys pay to have their reviews to show up on top. This luma repair is so very fraudulent. they don't even send any invoice with the product so you don't know you are paying BIG BUCKS$$$$ for lotion. wow, $89.00 for one bottle and $79.00 for the other bottle plus you pay shipping. then you can't get ahold of them on the phone easy and they don't want to give refunds of only 50 percent. Terrible company, no invoice, money going over to some other country so there are extra bank fee's and you can't return item. bad phone reps too.

Requested the free samples and was prompted to enter my credit card number, which I did. It gave me 14 days to cancel the automatic, monthly package of the same product they'd enrolled me in.

What they didn't do is start the 14 days from the day I received the product, or even when they send it out. They start the 14 days from the day you ask for the "free trial". They do not even post what the product will cost you every month on the website.

On the 14th day, they pulled out $150 from my bank account! Okay, so I should've known better and read the fine print. So, I suck it up and accept that I'm going to receive a months worth of the products. Well, it's now been over 22 days since the money was removed from my account and nothing has come in the mail.

I've since cancelled with the company, or should I say, I've tried to cancel and inquire as to when I should be expecting the package in the mail. Customer service is not existent, oh they say they're helping, but they are rude and talk over you. They try to confuse you with all their bull***t. My only recourse was to talk to my bank and not allow any purchase from this company to go through. I may or may not ever receive the package of product, but I'm not worrying about it. Obviously the company is bogus, so their product must be too. I"m over it and chalk it up to me being stupid.

Beware of this scam. The product is nothing special, they'll take your money before you know it and they won't give you the time of day on the phone.

I couldn't tell you if the products work or not. I was 6 days into using the products and my credit card was billed $150.00. They tell you that you have a 14 day trial period. However, the 14 days start as soon as you order the products.

They don't take in consideration the processing and mailing time unless you tell them to. Additionally, they enroll you into a replenishing program automatically.

When I contacted a manager about this situation, his customer service skills were not admirable. He said the best he could do for me is to charge me half the amount of the total bill or I could return the products and pay both shipping fees (receiving and returning) and a restocking fee.

If they even considered two or three days mailing time, I could have been inside of the 14 day trial peroid and seen the affects of the products to decide if I wanted to continue or return. But they did not allow me the decision to keep or return without being charged. This is absolutely false advertising.
