Please read the infromation carefully if you decide to order. Click on the terms and conditions, they tell me that it will say you only have 13 days from the date you order to cancel your order, in other words before you even have time to decide if the product will work for you they bill you for the item and then will continue to ship you the product and bill you the outrageous amount of 89.51 each month! I cannot verify that the terms and conditions tell you this as there is no where on the item or the infromation that this is the case when you recieve it or on the shipping statement. So its only free for 13 days and if you don't cancel it then they will not refund your 89.51. They give you a partial refund and cancel your subscription. So you are not ordering a free trial you are subscribing to their product. And the product is a fraud. It was not nice to my skin at all! The man in customer service was rude and obnoxious. So BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read all terms and conditions and all small print.

What I thought to be a free trial offer for a skin serum for $4.95 is not. It's a scam! They will bill your cc for $89.00 every month! But when ordering the free trial this is NOT stated. I called the company to inquire about this and the woman that answered the phone was quite rude right off the bat. My guess they get a lot of complaintS. I opted out of all this and will return the product by January 4 2015. They said if I do this they will refund the money they already charged me. seems this company goes under different names and have several things in common, all based out of Santa Ana CA, free trial offer where you pay s/h, and the huge recurring monthly charge! A few days after I received the product I got a phone call from a gentleman wondering if I rechives it and then wanting to offer me some kind of gas gift card with any future orders. Told him not interested and to not even think about trying to charge me for anything else. He assured me he would not without my authorization. It will be interesting to see if this scam of a company will indeed refund my money, not holding my breath!

They will do anything to get in your pocket

I contacted this company based on my charge statement. I had to call them and ask them the name of their company and the guy reluctantly told me the name. First warning sign. I explained I order trial sizes due to me eczema to try out based on all the things it promised to do. As I was entering my info to order my system froze/crashed. I signed back in and there was nothing in the system for my order, so I assumed it didn't go thru maybe I don't need it. Usually when a company ships your order they send you a email saying it has been shipped. I got nothing. My checking account had been hijacked so I started checking my statements closely and saw the charges for the trial size which I didn't receive. But I said I was not calling for $6.00 and let it go. Trying to be trusting BUT I got my credit card statement and they charged me $90.00 for something (monthly shipment) that I didn't get; they can seem me a new one. Why would I want another. The thought of getting more from a company such as theirs makes me itch. I tried to explain that to the supervisor on the phone. Why should I pay for something that most likely was taken off my porch and I am paying for someone else to get the miracles they promised. He said there is nothing he can do about it and refused to transfer me to his boss or anyone else. He was not really rude but I tested his patience, but taking $90.00 out of my account has me smoking. Their policy STINKS just as their explanations. I would pay for my product if I got it. But their policy has put a sour taste in my mouth. He said I should have called when I got the trials. I never received the trial so how could I called since I thought order didn't go thru. If they would have sent me email (like most vendors) stating my product has shipped then I would have told them to cancel or been expecting the order. If this is how they get customers they will be in bad shape soon. I am going to tell everybody and maybe put it on facebook so on one else will fall into this trap. I hope they find a sinkhole big enough to hold the crap policies and order fulfillment.

Lumane skin products

This company is a scam company, never stating that the free trial will cost over $90.00 monthly. Ads are just a come on, hiding the fact that they will charge you monthly. Trying to talk to a representative, from a different country that uses poor

English, was very difficult. They try to have you return products or will reduce price to half, still not the free trial amount. Just a scam. Credit card company is working with me to deny payment.

Ordered Lumare samples for shipping charges of $4.95 & $3.95, not seeing on their website that I would subsequently be charged an additional $188.48. Lumare then called me trying to offer FREE gas coupons, ETC (RECORDING THE CALL). I had to decline about eight times, being transferred to a secondary person who again attempted to push me into saying yes to coupons and enrolling in a "monthly" saver program. I continued stating that I clearly only wanted the sample that was offered for the shipping charges.

I received the product and they charged the $4.95 & $3.95 to my acct. A week later they charged two additional charges of $98.71 and $89.77. I was called by the fraud unit of my bank @ the charges. THIS IS WHERE THEY GET YOU...by allowing the smaller transactions on my acct. previously, they are not "deemed" a fraud charge...the bank will not proceed as a fraud as you've previously allowed them to debit your acct.

I had to call Lumare and argue with the rep. who "offered" me half price for the product and agued about my acceptance of their "terms", until I finally shouted that I would f'ing sue them if they continued to refuse to refund my money. All in all it cost an additional $5.75 to ship the unused product back plus the original $8.90 for a total loss of $14.65 for NOTHING, plus irritation, hours of personal time and further disgust and disappointment at unscrupulous people who do these things.

I ordered this product because it said on line that it was a FREE TRIAL. There was a pop up box that I realized later hid the fact that it said a 14 day free trial for $4.95 shipping. 10 days after I ordered it they debited my account for $89.71. I had only had the product for about 4 days. When I called they said the product is not free it is only on a trial basis. Who sends a face cream for someone to try but then wants it back!!!

I immediately shipped it back to them (so now I have spent $15 for nothing!) and was told I would be issued a refund. After 12 days of them receiving it I had not gotten a refund so I called and was told it would take 30 business days to receive it. Now I am reading other comments from people that they didn't even get all of their money refunded. I made a mistake and had charged the $4.95 on a debit card so if it was on a credit card I would have disputed it.

I have no idea if this lotion they sell is good, bad, or whatever, but they have a good scam going. They send you this lotion which you really don't even have time to use, then take $89 from you and if you don't catch it will send you more and bill you again. Then even if you do return it and hopefully get a refund after 30 days, they have held your money in their bank account collecting interest on that money so it just creates a cycle of constantly stealing peoples money even if no one ever keeps or uses the product!

I guess if nothing else I have learned an expensive lesson from this and won't be ordering any products online again!

Ordered "free" trial of Lumare skin serum and Eye cream and paid shipping costs. Received miniscule samples that were useless. Charged almost $200.00 to my debit card, and I was unable to get my money back. I was not notified by email or otherwise when "trial" was over or that I would be charged. Feeling SCAMMED!
