I went in to get my new 2015 chevy sonic car fixed which was damaged only from the bumper and bottom cover. They told me no damage was done on the engine or inside so I paid out of pocket over $680 just to replace that. When I received the car a week later, there was a flapping noise when I started the engine and my alarm and horn weren't properly working. They told me it was not their fault or problem, they just let me take my car as is, no apologies for messing up the wiring on my new car. Car looks new again but they damaged the wiring in the process, they could of at least apologized. Not satisfied with the way they handled that, honestly would not recommend.
When I took my Nissan Pathfinder LE for minor work on March 30th.2015 at MAACO ( The Shop Of Horros) I did not do due delegence before going,my rational was no way can they screw up on such a minor job. I was wrong.
They gave me an estimate foe $1320.00 which I thought was high since I had another estimate for $420.00,lower,I gave MAACO the job because of convineance for me in terms of getting a ride to and from MAACO.I showed Jack all what I wanted done on the vehicle before he gave me the estimate,however Jack called me the same day telling me I need a new Front Bumper at an adittional cost of $350.00.
Theere was no damages to Bumper to be done other than to paint same to match the fender, I said no thank you. When I went to pick up my vehicle on April 4, 2015 the job was not done professionally, the scratches was not painted the fender was not fixed properly and a lot of excuses, I pouinted out to Jack that a skin or bumper cover is $65.00 and since nothing was wrong with my Bumoper why you eant to change it,he had a lousy responce. I have been back twice as instructed to complete work with no result,they were paid in full.

We delivered our car to Maaco on 10/16/14 and left the vehicle with the Hazelwood, MO location. We receive a call on 10/20 stating the transmission was broken. It was locked in 3rd or 5th gear. We then notice the vehicle was checked in with incorrect mileage. We picked up the car and the tripometer was cleared too! Someone took the car for a joy ride. Maaco towed it to the local transmission shop but then told us they will not fix it!!!! Maria is the franchisee owner of this location who will now be sued, reported to the BBB, Police, etc.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR PAINTED HERE (MAACO Collision Repair 1002 North Twin Creek Drive, Killeen TX)! We had the worst experience with this company we have ever had in our lives. They lied and they are rude. We took our truck to get painted and were told it would take a week and it took a month. We eventually found out the reason they were telling us our truck was not ready was because they broke our ignition switch on the truck and tried to say the truck would not start (a big lie). The ignition switch was completely broke to the point that it was spinning. The paint job is awful and items they were supposed to put back on the truck were not put back on.
