I purchased 2 tablets at brandsmart.one of them i had to change it the very next day.after 5 months this tablet never worked again.the colors of the screen are spreaded.doesnt turn on.i send pics of the receipt, of the tablet to them and filed a claim to authorize a return merchandise authorization.they blame on me for the damage of the tablet.i explained them that the tablet phisically dont have any damage, that the tablet has an internal problem wich requires to apply the warranty the tablet has.they denied that warranty,claimming i did the damage to the tablet and because of that reason the warranty doesnt apply.i advise them i will take action if they dont fix or replace my tablet,wich they told me they dont care. Rude employees,matt and alex dont know anything about customer care.this company clearly wants to scam people.
I have to send my tablet in again it the tablet did not last six months the first one lasted from dec. to may the second one lasted from may to august in between them i had to reset them both to factory specs. twice
