11/4/2014: Customer purchased from MACH1 Agility Equipment customized rubberized aluminum panels (known as "skins") for a dog agility A-Frame and Dog Walk. The supplier, Mike Kaizar, was known by the customer - having seen him and his equipment at many dog agility trials thoughout the southeast US. The $958.72 purchase was made through the supplier's on-line store (http://shop.mach1agilityequipment.com/) using PayPal as the method of payment. Item 1 on Special Instructions stated that confirmation of dimensions was required PRIOR to construction.

11/14/2014: The customer met with Mike Kaizar to discuss details around rubber colors, design / artwork requirments, installation, and transportation/shipping.

These discussions reiterated the customer's need to review dimensions and sign-off on final artwork PRIOR to construction.

11/15/2014 - 1/2/2015: No contact for several months. The customers was unable to reach Mr. Kaizar by phone (no answer) nor email (no reply). Paypal complaint filed.

1/11/2015: Mr. Kaizar agrees to provide refund of full purchase price.

As of 4/27/2015, no refund has been received. The customer has not been able to use her A-frame and Dog-Walk for personal practice or for agility lession.

No delivery and Admin. communication non-existent

Ordered Dog Walk and pause table last July 2015. Today is June 2016. Understood he had medical issues and company truck was wrecked. I waited but Lost faith on this person as no or vague communication from him or Admin staff since December 2015. Transactions posted on two different companies, Einstein's K9 Wilmington NC and PP*allABOUTALUMINUM, San Jose CA. I think we should band together for a class action suit.

BUYER BEWARE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY Mike Kaizer

Spent over $2000.00 for contact agility equipment in January 2015. This guy is extremely difficult to communicate with. He will respond occasionally, but his response is vague and WILL NOT give details. He has made several promises to us and always has an excuse as to why things don't work out. The word SCAM or SCUM is synonymous when speaking about this individual. Forget about dealing with this guy completely!! Save yourself the frustration and aggravation. I wouldn't even buy a used car from him. This is the worst experience I have EVER been involved in.
