Hi I would like to file a complain on machine zone. They made the popular game Game of war. You know the final price of the packs are 99.99. After spending over a 1000 dollars on this game. I notice my packs was missing numerous items. I emailed machine zone and never got a reply. So iam here to warn others check your packs.Also machine zone dont reply to complaints. This is crazy.

I purchased a 99.99 gold pack from Mz. Never received it. Emailed them and finally got a response 24 hours later. Told me to log out of Game of War and out of Google play. They told me that this was all Google plays fault that they lag and if I had anymore issues to contact them back. Well I did all that. Emailed them back. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Never got my pack. Also didn't hear back from them. So I gave Mz a call. Well they don't have a call center. Just an answering service that tells you to email them if you need customer service. What a joke! I called Google play. They explained that they are only the platform that Mz uses to sell the packs they offer for android. Just like i-tunes for apple. Konrad was super helpful and apologetic on behalf of Mz. He even gave me my money back out of Google's pocket for the mess up and frustration that I was going through.

So Mz technically still has my money and I have never received a pack from them. They have replied finally stating that they saw Google gave me my money back and that was the end of that. They haven't answered as to why they allowed Google to take responsibility for them. Nobody from there has offered to make it right. I have invested over 600.00 alone in my accounts. Not to mention what my husband and daughter and room mates have spent. I now know how Mz has made its billions. They steal it! The worst customer support I have ever had. You'd think they'd be more happy to help when people are dropping loads of cash on this game. Well I won't spend another dime and neither will my husband, daughter or roommates.

bad game, don't buy and quit if you're already playing

worst customer service I've ever seen. MZ and Game of War: Fire Age only care about your wallet and how much of your cash they can get. Game is laggy and filled with glitches and errors. MZ claims no responsibility for anything and often addresses a concern different from what your issue is. I complained about timers getting stuck at zero and it costing me twice the speed ups to complete an inferno event so they informed me that I received all my prizes. No kidding MZ... I said clearly I had to spend twice the speed ups to complete the event. Of course I got my prizes... I paid for them with twice the speed ups. and guess what? the timer still sticks at :00 and wont complete so I've had to spend twice the speed ups 4 times now. I quit the game and think these people are straight up criminals

Boycott GoW

Game of War plays on our addictive behavior and Machine Zone has the psychology nailed to a T. Here is my recommendation...boycott Game of War and any platform produced by Machine Zone. You'll notice XBOX and Playstation gives you a better product and is way cheaper to play. It just a matter of time before Sony and Microsoft develop similar games for their platforms that contain better content, functionality and realistic pricing.

Have a ongoing issue with MZ, when you email them it seems emails are answered once a week and with a canned response. Their responses are vaguely pertinent to you question and basically ignore you. Common sense dictates that if you resolve the issue the customer is likely to spend money there again. Be careful how determined you are to get resolution, they will just lock you out of your account

Machine zone ripped me off for $99.99 I paid for it on April 4th it is now April 24 and still nothing done about. I have sent a lot of emails to them giving them all the info to get this situation fixed and they say there working hard to get the prob fixed but yet it's been 20 days and nothing has been done. I'm looking for others that have had the same thing happen to them to get a law suit filled against them they can't just keep ripping people off

As a former player of game of war, I want to let the public know of there practices towards customers. I purchased a gold pack from the online game using my phone. Got the reciept in email, but never received what I paid for. So waited an hour, and sent feedback to them to let them know. Very early next morning, got an email from Kati

In order to resolve the issue I would suggest you to log out of your Game of War account as well as your Google Play account. Then log back into both, this should resolve the issue. If you still do not see the purchase pack please reply to this mail so that we can investigate further.

so I did what they ask to no avail. Sent numerous emails and no responses. So got on line to find a phone number, well listed number has a recording and it hangs up. So no number to call. So I googled machine zone, came up with a site to better business burea, looked at it, and wow, a lot of complaints against them, most have never been responded to. . Gives them a grade of F in business. So haven't heard back from them for 3 days, just spent 9.99 but not the point. How many $9.99 falls thru the cracks, and they pocket the money. So play and Pay at your own risk.
