I ordered a part and my card was charged accordingly. I was told that it shipped and it never showed up. I emailed and called with no luck. Finally I received another shipping confirmation. It showed up and was wrong. I tried to contact them for a refund and they have been extremely rude. They have told me I am a horrible customer and that this was my fault becaused i called instead of emaild and that makes things more difficult for them. They are by far the rudest company I have ever dealt with online or in person.

The parts i order showed up in 2 1/2 weeks a little slow, and were wrong and not as pictured. they are electrical so i can not return them. when i emailed them to to let them know their web site needed help so others wont get the wrong parts, their replys were slow and defensive so please be careful with any electrical parts.

I called and gave them a belt number for a scooter. After a prolonged conversation they said they had the belt I needed. I received the belt after a week and a half. It is not even close to the right number and not close to fitting. I called back and was told the only way to handle a return was thru email. I have sent 8 emails and no return number and now they do not even respond to my emails. It is obvious they have no intentions of returning my money.

I ordered my parts using my credit card over the phone through the parts department, Will at ext 301. Very helpful, very friendly gentleman. That's where the pleasantries ended. Two weeks after I placed my order, I still hadnt received a shipping notification, so i emailed the support address to request a tracking number. The response i received was kurt, "it will come once the system updates", I let them know that i placed my order two weeks prior to my request, and again they said i needed to wait for the system to update, so i tell them i highly dougt it takes two weeks for a system to update. Then they send me the the shipping email, but its missing the tracking number. So i email them again saying i need the tracking number because its not in the shipping notification, they respond with "its in the shipping email you received", well obviously I didnt get it or i wouldnt have asked.

I tried to get them to call me, no luck there. So i asked again, and then they sent me the tracking number, and they said Oh, we made a mistake, there must be two people with my name in their system and thats where the mistake occured. Whatever! I was born at night, just not last night. Two days later half my order came. I emailed them to tell them only half the order came, and again i got a kurt response, we put insurance on our packages and they are all checked by two people, take the damaged package to the post office and claim the loss through them. I tried to tell them there was nothing wrong with the package and the part that was on the packing slip in the box was delevired, just the 2nd (more expensive) part was missing and not even included on the packing slip. I also told them that the box I did receive was too small to even hold the 2nd part. I asked for them to call me again so i can explain they made a mistake, no luck again.

Then out of the blue I get a 2nd tracking number, one that indicates that the package was shipped 2 weeks ago, but if you look at the details, it really only says that the label was printed, and that it was in a "preshipping" stage. So I try to explain that to them and still i get a garbage response that i need to take my damaged box to the post office to claim the insurance. I explain again i never received a damaged box or the part, and that the insurance they put on the part wasnt enough had i received a damaged part.

End result is I told them i was filing a claim with my credit card company (Amex) if i didnt get a call from them. I filed the claim this morning, enough of their BS, and I gave Amex all the emails which they found quite comical. They took my money back from these clowns, including the shipping cost I was charged.

Sad thing is that now i wasted three weeks, and still dont have the part i need.

Do Not Use Madhouse Parts, they are a bunch of a****** clowns.

18 days and still no part!!!

On 6-23-14 I called the parts dept. to inquire on the availability of part that was ordered later directly from the web site. I was assured after the female I was speaking to spoke to a male in the background and I was told it was in stock and would ship when I placed the order. I placed the order immediately afterwards and paid through PayPal. After 5 days I followed the listed guidelines on the Madhouse site and requested a tracking number for my order on 6-29. On 7-2 after three days of not receiving an answer, I sent a second request I received a reply on 7-3 that seemed to be an automated response when an order is shipped that my order had shipped and was complete but no tracking number. I allowed 5 days and after not receiving my part, I called the parts counter on 7-8 due to the fact that Madhouse will not actually reply to an email when received, and their policy appears to try to avoid answering their customers, ( in my opinion is a very poor business ethics) when the person answered I ask if the part number I had ordered was available I was told "yes" I ask if ordered when I could expect receipt, the male on the phone ask to where I told him GA he ask if he could put me on hold while he checked I agreed. After nearly thirty minutes on hold, I called back using a second phone he immediately answered. I explained I was on hold on the other line and I was checking if he had forgot me and that I was inquiring about my part that seemed to be readily available but now can't seem to be found and how I could not understand how he could be answering my call on the other line while I had be waiting for thirty minutes, he immediately transferred me to the customer service voice mail and would not answer the phone afterwards. I suspect he recognized I was the order they were avoiding and continued to avoid rather than function as a reputable business and except the situation and communicate with me. I was furious as anyone would be after receiving the voice mail I expressed myself very colorfully. I received an email with a tracking number on 7-9 stating the USPS had been notified to expect my item for shipping. Of course I had already been told that on 7-3 but this time it was scheduled to ship 2nd day and had a tracking number along with $50 insurance, but when I go to check the tracking number it has not arrived. I responded with another email stating "Anyone can order and send a shipping request, unfortunately it shows nothing. Either you are the stupidest people on earth or you think I am!!!" their reply was " Obviously you are the stupid one here. Try reading next time instead of sending emails with insults. Type the tracking number into usps.com and it tracks. We are not responding to anymore of your moronic insulting emails." Of course their first and only actual email from Customer Service came after I had filed a dispute with PayPal! My part has not arrived as of this post. I would suggest being careful if purchasing from Madhouse Parts they have been evasive and deceitful about this transaction. I am requesting my money be returned and I will locate my part from a reputable dealer whose concern is being honest.

Madhouse Parts is a ripoff

Will never deal with these morons again. I called my credit card company and cancelled the transaction. The fartsuckers at Madhouse then sent me a UPS tracking number that is a "Pre-Shipping" number which means nothing. I got my money back, but if they should send me the part I'll make them wait for a damn long time before I return it.....might just send the wrong part back.

Rude!! Sends wrong parts!!

I ordered a part from them. They sent the wrong part. Sent them an email with no response. Sent a second one and they were immediately rude. Said they didn't get one and that I got my part already. I told them it was the wrong part. They said send us a picture of it. I sent them the pictures from their website of the part I wanted and the one they sent. They sent back a rude reply that they needed actual pictures and not from their website. I did that and they said that they know that these two parts are the same (despite the price difference and a totally different part number). I said that they weren't and again explained the part #. They said they have sold 500 of these and continue to everyday so they know they are the same part. WHAT THE CRAP! THEN WHY DO THEY NOT FIT AND WHY DO THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS AND PRICES!!!! I doubt they will refund my money. What jerks!! I will be calling my credit card company....

I ordered a Go Kart muffler assembly $88.50 and $3.44 gasket they displayed on their website and paid in full upon ordering plus $18.75 for shipping. A week later the $3.44 gasket arrived via USPS but no muffler assembly. I emailed them 3 or 4 times over the next three weeks asking about the muffler assembly and they would tell me it was shipped but could not produce a tracking number. When I filed a dispute one week later with PayPal, they offered to refund me the cost of the muffler but would need to reduce my refund by $7.34 for the cost to ship the gasket that weighed less than an ounce. I could have settled but decided to dispute it because they are dishonest and I do not want them to earn a penny from their crappy business practices. I elevated the dispute to a claim on PayPal and now they want me to ship the gasket back to them for a full refund. I will ship the POS gasket back in them but will never do business with them again and would strongly urge others to take the same approach. Avoid them!

I have attempted to call multiple times to discuss missing parts on my order. I paid in full at the time of purchase and would expect the courtesy of customer support to address this issue. To date, all I have received when trying to contact a real live person, is the parts order department to immediately transfer me to what is referred to as the "customer service area," which in reality is nothing more than voice mail.

After several emails and immediate phone transfers to the "black hole" customer support voice mail i received a canned email indicating according to their records "this order is complete. Thank you for your business."

After numerous emails as well as attempts to speak to a person to discuss resolution that this shipment was incomplete, I'm still missing part of the order. There are two parts that were never shipped. Additionally, there was no shipping order contained in the small box that was shipped with the fuel lines and manifold. Please ship out the Carburetor and Air Filter to complete this purchase agreement. I received no response to these requests to make this right.

I'm really beginning to wonder if this guy understands simple English or is just a major prick (the latter has proven more accurate.) The fact that he does not address customer service via phone is the perfect indicator that his business model is constructed to sell, sell, sell and screw the customer from a support perspective. I don't believe this is a reputable company at all. All indicators of business practices and business model lead me to believe it is one man show which is the reason no phone support, just a black hole for customer service.

My order was never completly shipped nor will it be. He ripped me off. I stated to him in earlier emails that if he did not make this transaction whole (which he has not), that I'm reporting it to the BBB and will address it on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. I started this transaction in good faith he was an honest business man only to find out he is not reputable in business nor in character. Sending me an email thanking me for my business is meaningless when he welched on his end of the transaction.

Stay away from this company. I do not recommend doing business with them.

MY encounter with MadHouse Parts and their lead guy Will seemed genuine at first. In August '14 they took the order for my scooter parts and sent an email saying the parts were ordered and on their way.

The 1st week went by and no parts now week two and no parts, so I sent an email to their customer service folks and only got back "we ordered your parts" I wrote back that that was no help and what was the tracking #, no response. I made several more attempts and questioned their "customer service" ethic... That's when it really went down hill, rudeness and profanity were exchanged, some by me too.

Turns out when they say your parts are ordered...they mean that they ordered them from China and dont tell you it will be MONTHS before you get them if at all!! ( mine NEVER came) nor did my promised refund

Bottom line they are not worth the effort, they are essentially thieves that hide behind the internet and the fact that you cant get to them. Do your self a favor and avoid these clowns, they will get what they deserve.
