On 03/18/2015, I placed an order for (4) four wheeler tires. As of 06/18/2015, I have not received them yet. Whenever I Would call and ask about the tires the man is rude and he would just send me over to Customer Service. There is no Customer Service because it's telling you to email them. I did and I got one response saying in April the tires was on the way. I don't think it is right for a Company to take my money like that. I pray that someone can help me get my money back or my tires that I paid for. I am tired of emailing and calling and getting no response from them.
Madhouse parts is a complete rip off for puchasing atv parts over the internet. They will not return your calls or e-mails. the only person that will answer phone is the sales dept and when he finds out you have a problem he just hngs up on you or puts you on indefiete hold. I finally had to turn it over to credit card company and after doing that I finally got my parts 5 weeks later I wished I had done my research before using this web site it does not have a good repour. When I did get my parts they came from 2 other sellers. I think this web site is just a middle man and has no parts i will diffinetly not use them again.
