Was told by Josh Fleet Sales, Mag Truck that trucks would be road worthy and safe upon purchase. We had a 500 mile trip one way and he guaranteed me no problems getting them back home plus there was a 12 month 100,000 mile engine warranty

Sent 3 employess to pick up, No Wipers, No hood straps ABS lights on plus check engine ligths on and engine warning lights on on both vehicles.

Was told tough luck we won't fix it's your problem..........By Blake the Owner He had no reguard for the safety of my driver's getting them back home 500 miles away

All of you know its illegal to run a commercial vehicle with no hood straps and no wipers especially when its raining.

Let alone send your drivers to run 500 miles with warning and sensors going off on trucks Why would they send trucks out with engine warranties that have sensores and check engine lights flashing

We hired this company to do fabrication work on a used step truck we purchased from them. So many things wnet wrong, it's hard to know where to start. The work was suppose to take a total of 6 weeks, which was already generous considering that our truck was simple compared to another job they had recently completed. The job took over 4 months. We tried to stay in constant contact with Mr. Carlson regarding the status of our truck, with little to no return communication from him. Several weeks into the job, he was suppose to leave the truck out on his lot for us to see, and only after driving 30 minutes to his lot did we realize he had left it locked in his building. We now believe that is because he was lying about the work that had been done, when in fact he hadn't started on it yet. He stated several times in planning meetings that he would have us lay out equipment placement before anything was done, that was not true either. To our surprise, when we visited his shop to check on the truck, he had taken the liberty of bolting equipment down without our consent or authorization.

We emailed him several times regarding specifics on the graphics for the truck, only to have the truck delivered to us semi-completed with the wrong graphics. He neglected to even put our shop address on the job as we requested at least 3 times. He delivered the truck to us with a dealer authorized inspection, however the truck had a broken tail light, near dead battery, broken windshield wipers, and non functioning dashboard lights. This is blatant fraud. We had a legal contract, of which several items were incomplete, poor workman ship, or missing completely. He delivered a truck with leaky plumbing that nearly cost us our license from the health department.

After attempting to contact Mr. Carlson regarding these outstanding issues, we received a phone call one evening around 9:30 pm, from a seemingly drunk Mr. Carlson who informed us that our job meant nothing to him, we were small potatoes compared to his other clients, and that we were too stupid to run the truck. He actually whined for 20 minutes like a child, informing us how important he is, and that we mean nothing to his business. It was clear he was done with us, and was not going to rectify anything. We spent over $40,000 with MAG trucks, which hardly means "nothing". After confronting him with his unprofessional behavior, he made an extremely sexist remark that was highly offensive.

From that point on, he refused to honor our legal contract. He refused also to supply us with the $300 power cord included in our bid. To top it all off, he violated Jackson County Statutes for months by failing to give us a legal title for our truck with the bill of sale, as required by Missouri law. This meant we were not able to license our truck or operate our truck. I had to file a complaint with the MO attorney general, and am currently pursuing legal recourse against his dealers license through an attorney. We lost thousands of dollars in revenue over the almost 2 months it took to obtain our title from MAG trucks. Almost forgot, after finally getting the title, of course our Missouri inspection they provided us with (falsely) was expired. Brad's business partner Blake said he would provide us with another inspection, at no cost. What a guy. Do not waste your money with these amateurs, they are just kids pretending to be grown ups. They will take your money and leave you with incomplete, shotty work, with a condescending attitude to boot. Buyer beware!!!!!
