I was contacted by Magazines Inc. in September 2014 and was told that i could receive some magazines at a discounted rate. They took my debit card informatoin and processed the charge of $24.50. They told me of their cancellation policy
When i received all the paperwork, I immediately went ahead with the cancellation that same day. I assumed that i would receive a refund in a timely manner.
Finally realized, in October, that I was not given a refund. Looked up the Magazine, Inc. website and did a live chat. One of their representatives gave me a number to call but it was for an insurance agency. Also on the site, they listed an address (which is incorrect)
On November 22, 2014 my letter to the Magazine Discount Center came back (incorrect address); which was 401 Franklin Avenue Suite 102A Garden City, NJ 11530.
