On July 10th 2012, Maier Realty & Trust took out a guaranteed Loan , in the amount of $ 2000.00 , for the time of 12 months. After numerous request for repayment, Maier Realty & Trust so far has refused to do so, even after many promises to return said loan.
This is a fallacious report made public by the complainant is inaccurate and is a misrepresentation of the facts. The terms of a promissory note brokered by Maier Realty & Trust who is a guarantor, not the borrower. The note has been paid in full. It has been credited against a large outstanding balance which owed to the Maier Realty & Trust by complainant. Legal action has been taken in the State of Florida against the complainant , a resident of Florida, to "Cease & Desist." The complainant has complied and Maier Realty & Trust is satisfied the issue has been resolved.
