I visited this shop for the first time. I told the braided the style of braids I wanted. I also made them aware that I wanted two braiders doing my hair because I needed to leave by 1pm. The stylist Kadija said ok but it usually takes four hours I said fine. That's was at 10:15am. I also told her that I did not want my hair to have big parts in the back and i wanted all of my braids the same size. At 2pm my hair was finished, yet they could curl the ends Like I wanted because their power went out. I told her i was already late picking up my kids and I would cOme back. When I came back, their power was back on and they were able to curl the ends of my hair. being that they only had a front mirror I like the curls and really couldn't tell how the back was until I tried to pull it up. I advised the owner of this and she said well I can fix it on Friday and you were the one who rushed uS and we used more hair than usual bc u didn't want them big.
Mind you, the prove of $160 includes hair, this price is set by their salon. I was baffled. After going back and forth with Her, I decided I didn't want her nor any other one of her ******* friends touching my head again. Be ware!! Be ware not only pf this shop but all ******* braiding shops. The same thing happened to me twice before at different shops and i tried to give this one the benefit of doubt but I'm Don't with ******* braiding shops!! RIP PFF
