On June 26th about 4pm I was leaving McDonalds located at 9900 Highway A1A Alt Palm Beach Gardens Florida . AS I WAS LEAVING Iwent through the parking lot and hit a pot hole over 4inches deep. I found the owner of the properties infor on an ad in the plaza. I called it after I called the Pbg police to make a report but they said its an issue I have to handle with the company. There was damage to my scooter so I wanted the responsible to fix it since we don't have to carry insurance. I called and left a message and never heard back. So I called the next day with more information about my scooter. After I got it home it would not start. I talked to a rwally rude woman that answers their phone who hung up on me and I called back and it went to voicemail. I called again the next day and she said to give her my insurance info and I told her the scooter law and she said I guess your shit out of luck and hung up on me again
A week later I called and spoke to a man that was nice but never came through on his promise to call me back.
I just want my scooter fixed. It seems like the whole plaza is full of loser tenants to. For example the broken down Waterway Car wash. Most of their equipment is broken and they won't give you money back for broken equipment. I will gladly rebut my statement if they fix my scooter, until then I will keep posting the truth. Don't do business with them. They are very unprofessional.
