Hello I am a hard working young lady that work hard to pay her rent.. I have been subleting an apartment unit at Detroit, MI 48219 and all utilities are included in the rent . My landlord Manor House Llc and Valary Joice ewing, and Kelly Taylor have threatened, harassed and made me loss days off work, food and sleep, because they shut my power off illegally. I have paid my rent before the 5th before late fee occur until the last 2 months.....
There was a issue with furniture left in apartment that was suppose to be paid for but was not.... 2 days before thanksgiving 2014 my power was illegally shut off by manor house llc ....my rent was paid I have reciept to prove it....I lost time off of work and holiday pay....my lease state power may be interrupted if rent payment was not made. Two weeks later Ms. KELLY TAYLOR entered my apartment and forcefully remove said furniture without any notice at all, rent was still paid in full....then two days after Christmas I went without power agian for two whole days and could not get these ladies on the phone.... i lost food and sleepbecause of power outage....Manor House Llc purposely shut off electricity when office closed for weekend and no maintenance was available to help..... I called dte energy and dte told my power was current and active and sent service person out. ...dte could not connect services because maintenance room was locked.... I was forced to live without power until monday...., finally new years day I had to get utilities from dte energy myself because service was interrupted yet agian by Manor house llc. ....I am currently moving and taking these people to small claims court now.
