After repeated conversation over the telephone, it became apparent this businessman could not remember one repair ticket from the next. It would take the first part of the conversation to even get him to recognize my work order details. From there, it was always excuses of one item to the next. He even asked me to send $35 dollars to pay for a power chord, which I did. Then when I decided this service entity was NOT going to be beneficial, I had to finally ask for the return of the marine radio - he returned it without the power chord I had sent him the money for. I called back and asked for the part and now he will not recognize my calls?
TOTAL RIPOFF - Bob, (Owner) Marathon Tech of Weston, Florida - you'll have to wrestle with him to even get your merchandise back after he has set on the service ticket for 5 months!
