My grandmother lives in an apartment managed by Marcia Bean-Highfield. My grandmother and her neighbors are elderly and its a shame that Ms. Highfield has allowed the apartments to be overrun with roaches and drugs. My grandmother has complained several times and she has been threatened with eviction along with the other elderly tenants even though they pay their rent on time. I have spoken to Ms. Bean-Highfield and it's an impossible conversation. She screams, yells, threatens, becomes belligerent and is just such a foul personality.
No one should be forced to live in a roach infested, drug infested slum. My grandmon is trying to get out of the lease with several others and they have been threatened. Their have been constant stabbings and thefts and car break-ins on the premises. The cops are always on the premises.
