Mr Mark McAllister Owner of Mark and son Inc. Was paid for a complete kitchen remodeling job, inlcuding, electrical, plumbing, the move of the laundry equipment from the kitchen to the garage, eliminating the popcorn ceiling.
After asking for initial deposits to begin the job, Mark missed the drainage pipeline from a wall he agreed to move, so it couldn't be moved, and had to do a last minute choppy job to ammend the mistake, he hired a third party electrical company, they forgot to install part of the cables, and never came back to finish the job. Mark sealed the ceiling and left us without outlets for the microwave. He refused to install those electrical outlets back. He never finish the walls on the garage when relocated the laundry, he never finished the kitchen baseboards, he never finished the wall coverings of the new built island, we paid extra to remove and install new kitchen flooring and he never finished that job either, he forgot to reinstall the doorbell.
His "lack of time" ended costing us what was promise 3 week job a 3 months delay with our home inhabitable.
After all we ended up paying twice the laundry relocation, and extra money to finish the electrical job in order to reinstall the microwave oven, and finish the kitchen floor and the isle.
Mark McAllister is a Ripoff, irresponsible and unprofessional roofer who pass as General contractor. He is incapable of deliver a tasteful job, or even a finish job.
