I called this Guy mark up from craigslist i wanted to sell my 04 g35 coupe i still owed money on it but the ad said guarenteed to have the car paid off and out of my name in 10days. well he came down checked out car gave me $700 for Deposit i didnt give him any paperwork or signed anything. He was going to have car checked out and come back over and pay me another thousand and than go to finance company. well it took 4 days to get a hold of him than he starts threating me. I to resonable with him told him to bring the car back and take the money since he didnt stand behind what advertised. well its been like 6 weeks and i have made 2payments to the dealer the dealer even spoke to and said bring the car back if your not going to pay it off like u said and we will give $1000 he said ok. than i find the car on craigslist for sale $3000. than yesterday my family went to police and told them what happened they where no help at all, And he stole my wallet and was supposed to uninstall my $2000 audio system and return it
